This Rite Aid is a clean and nice environment. The store is fully open and typically has items on the shelf. However, it is often short staffed, including the pharmacy, and can lack basic necessities like deodorant, body wash, and bandaids. The pharmacy employees are very busy but helpful and responsive, working to address concerns despite being preoccupied. Some customers can be impatient and angry, but the staff provides good customer service.
Short staffed and didn't have some basic necessities such as deodorant, body wash, and bandaids at the time of my visit. Usually they don't have these things and more. Better to go to Giant for basic hygiene items than here honestly. But otherwise the store is very clean and nice environment

Staff were very helpful and responsive when I arrived to pick up prescription. There was a slight mishap with my refill but my concern was immediately addressed and resolved. Staff did appear to be very busy and preoccupied but still made time to provide good customer service.

Pharmacy doesn’t answer their phone (well past their lunch break), doesn’t notify when prescriptions are ready, and one of their techs is pretty rude. The actual pharmacists from whom I’ve gotten vaccinations are nice though. I’ll probably take my 6 prescriptions back to CVS again when I need new prescriptions.
