This place is wonderful! I can make last minute appointment . They are very accommodating. I’m in and out with no problem. The product they use Keeps my color longer than any salon iv been to. Totally recommend this place definitely 5 star

If there is less than 1 star, I would give it. I don’t think there is worst than this salon. It is the first and the last time for me I go there. It is like a nightmare: the salon is very dirty, very very bad customer service. The rude lady asked me to give her at least 20% tip, and she was screaming because I didn’t like there service. Because of the very bad service I receivedI needed to go to another salon to fix what they did for my hair. The hair cut and the color were HORRIBLE!Please think twice before going there.

My family and I have been coming to LuLu’s since it opened. My daughter finds pictures of hairstyles and every time they deliver perfectly. I brought my elderly and infirm mother-in-law for a Mother’s Day pampering and they were so gentle with her. She looked wonderful. It was our last Mother’s Day outing we would have with her.They do an amazing job with coloring and styling my hair. My son lives in Pittsburgh but will run in for a quick haircut when he visits because of the value.The owner is so kind and respectful. She always remember me and so many details about me. The staff are always very accommodating. I always believe that you have to give respect to get it.

I and my family have been using all of the salons services for years. The owner is personable and professional. The staff are highly skilled. My daughter finds pictures of hairstyles and they deliver every time. I recommend calling for an appointment because it can get busy especially on weekends. Great quality and great prices.

My daughter and I went here for first time recently for hair servicesMy daughter got her hair highlighted which she liked so I decided to get my haircut by the gentleman that cuts hair there. I specifically pointed to the length that I wanted and then followed up with only an inch off please. Well he didn’t listen at all to my request and wound up taking off more like 3 inches and put layers in my hair. I was not at all pleased at the end result. I thought the staff was rather rude and unaccommodating. I would look elsewhere if you’re looking to get a haircutThey don’t seem to care about the customers wishes.
