My appendix burst while on vacation. After four days in the hospital, Option Health set me up at home with antibiotic infusions. My nurse Sabrina was phenomenal. She made what could have been a scary and stressful situation go smoothly and easily. Thorough, professional, patient and best of all humorous, her personality and care were exceptional. The company provided more than enough supplies and Sabrina accommodated my schedule. Highly recommend their services.

I'd recommend this company to anyone! They are courteous, prompt, and they send more than enough supplies and information you need for your infusions. If you have any questions or concerns about your medications, all you have to do is call them. They are always eager to help you and you always get a person! I'm telling you, you need to give them a shot! They will exceed your expectations!

I have been getting infusions here for a few years now and i wouldn’t want to go any where else. The nurse lady is super nice and always answers any questions I have. I never have any trouble making an appointment for a time that works with my schedule. The office where the infusions are is large, very clean and never over crowded. There are also large recliners and wifi so I can relax and watch a move or play a game while I’m there. Highly recommend for any one who gets or needs infusions.

Great company. Your staff members, nurses and in office staff are always ready to serve us the patients. The nurses and physical therapists are absolutely awesome. They are very smart, professional and caring. There’s nothing I could think you need to do to better yourselves.

I was very unsure of this whole "in-home" infusion thing, but it's nice to be able to safely do it in the comfort of my home. My nurse Tanya was SO helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood every step in the process. She didn't just tell me how to do stuff, she explained why it needed to be done that way. So far I'm very impressed with this company. Everyone has been professional and kind.

So far we had no problem they took out our right amount but they told us they sent the stuff that night of we going on our third day it's supposed to take it out on Tuesday so we'll see from there but the equipment the medication any timing was just right.

This has been the worst. They missed filed with he insurance company and it took me 20 hours on the phone to fix. I was then sent a check and for the last 4 weeks can't find how to send the check. The can't find my account. DON"T USE THIS COMPANT!!!!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! They charged my credit card $752.96 when I have health coverage to cover my costs. I have called them multiple times and they have promised to process my credit and they have yet to credit my credit card back. This has been going on for 2 months. When you call you are speaking to out of country people who barely speak English. Do yourself a favor and do not deal with these people.
