“We had taken our newer Rav 4 here after hitting a deer & ruining a brand new front nose clip from a previous accident the year before, of which we had taken it to maguires in ithaca & they did a very amateur job replacing the front end, it seriously looked like 1st year BOCES students had worked on it. “I had a great experience at my local AutoZone recently while trying to get parts for my mom's car. My memory kept faltering, and I wasn't quite sure exactly what was needed. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly patient and understanding. He stood with me the entire time, helping me piece together the information until we figured out the right parts. His dedication and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the store's layout was a bit confusing, but overall, excellent service and support!”

“Lincoln navigator, front CV/axles barring Advanced auto their brand. Need replaced once a yr! Two consecutive yrs now! Then told by store manager that the lifetime warranty as stated, apparently is not a life time watranty, Uuu'm, yeah O'k. Will no longer be honored as it's apparently considered abuse of entitlement! Aww isn't that cute! No, the abuse is having to change them out once a yr for inspection. such low quality and shotty workmanship and putting them on the market for sale.”
