I tried to make a appointment since my dog was sick and I couldn't get in for 2 weeks, then I told them I was never there before and the guy said that might be a problem and it could be longer.

They have taken great care of my dogs and if I have ever had a problem they got me in as soon as they could even if they were booked. My dog recently got really sick and they took great care of her, giving her the care and the surgery she needed. I would highly recomend!

20 years ago they told my father that our dog needed to have his tooth pulled. When we asked why, they told us "we don't have time to explain dentistry to you." I vowed never to return. Tonight, in a panic, I called them begging for advice and help as my mother's dog died. They refused and told me to go to Cornell. I've never encountered less caring, compassionate people in my life. I'm disheartened and horrified.

Took my pup in for an emergency appointment and they were amazing! The girls in the office took the time to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered and treated my lily just like one of their own.

that's a lie they are not always open..my dog was sick on a Sunday dec 6th called and they were closed. so ended up at Huntsville ER for him..

I started bringing my puppy Yorkie there based on the positive reviews and was never treated very well. It was basically get you in and out. The vet we saw was NOT attentive and when inquiring about getting him neutered she basically blew us off like she didn’t want the business. Every visit the vet came in once, left the room, and never came back.

Great, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have gone out of their way to maintain professional and informative conversations when I need help. They always remember me and my pets when we visit. Aaron is especially great and patient with my dog who is temperamental with strangers. They always give my pets their full attention and make sure to explain instructions to me in detail. I have never had them get impatient with me or my pets, even when we're less than graceful. I realize that they are there to help my pets, I am not the patient, and they do their jobs completely and without hesitation. If you can't handle being told the truth about your animals and their condition, then maybe you shouldn't own pets.
