Too bad I wasn't able to get service or ask the question I needed because when I called they put me on hold and forgot that I was there .

I tried to make a appointment since my dog was sick and I couldn't get in for 2 weeks, then I told them I was never there before and the guy said that might be a problem and it could be longer.
