This must've been the most unprofessional Bank that I ever went to. First of all I was only there to Scan a death certificate for my Dad's accounts so no one else can do Cash app and Chime taking money out of his accounts like they have been doing and I'm sure my Dad has asked about that because he has questioned Mark's on his statements. Not only did I wait for the one woman to get done socializing with her friends, that's what it seemed like. She had no time to scan a death certificate. I still have to do this with another location not this one!!!!!!....

Only had one teller, who had to do inside and the drive through... And the bank was full.. These banks are making so much profit and don't want to hire and pay a livable wage...

I went there to pay my father's car payment, the teller said that Wells Fargo doesn't take cash payments.

This branch is a joke. Terrible service. incompetent bankers. Cannot get a simple thing done to add beneficiaries. Cannot contact anyone at the branch. When I contact the 800 number I get disconnected when they try to transfer me. Time for a new bank.

Went in deposit a check to my Wells Fargo account. The teller, Noreen refused to cash it because she believed it was written by three different people.. really Noreen? Three different people using the same pen?The check was written by one person who wrote it in a rush. The person who wrote the check met me at the bank and showed Noreen & her manager his photo ID and they still refused to cash it because they didn’t have time to do “proper verification”. The manager said I need to verify this and I have other people I need to take care of. What do you need to verify when the person whose name is on the check is at the bank with his ID matching the check signature. At this point the manager was just being petty. Been banking with them for 15 years and was treated like a scammer. ?Update ** got it cashed at a highly rated Wells Fargo with no questions asked.

If I could get this no stars I would. Horrible customer service. Worst location in the surrounding area. Never have anything done on time. I should not have to go back multiple times to get the paperwork I need. Especially when they claim they have it all ready

Gotta be one of their worst branches in lower Delaware county. Their hours are all over the place and the service is slow when it exists. Go there at 4pm on a Thursday (close at 5pm). No drive thru lanes open. Go inside and 3 people in line with 3 tellers, 1 teller was messing with the water cooler and the second one was teaching the third one how to use the computer until they both disappeared into the back. I left and went to the Brookhaven branch where I was in and out.

Teller Angela is so nasty, so rude. I really tried to keep my composure as best as possible but the way she talks to a customer is ridiculous!!! She’s going to meet the right one who doesn’t care or have nothing to lose one day.

Snippy customer service reps that don't realize that they need customers more than customers need them. There are banks on every corner. If you want to deal with friendly, professional customer service reps don't go to this bank.

I felt welcomed and very comfortable. Tony was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The Whole experience was pleasant and friendly, it felt like a small town bank where everyone knew you and went out of there way to help you. The people who work here are the best. I will go out of my way to bank here. I almost gave up on Wells Fargo because the corporate atmosphere was so impersonal but this location has changed the way I feel. Thank you to everyone in the Aston branch.

I have been a WF customer since 2019. I needed a certified check or money order so I went to the Aston branch and was waited on by the teller with the dirty blonde hair. She told me that the fee for a certified check is $10 and the fee for a money order is $5. I told her the fees are extreme and that I should be entitled to either for free as a WF customer. I asked her to speak to a manager but she refused saying that the manager was with a customer. We could both see at least one other customer waiting to see the manager yet she still told me to have a seat and talk to the manager. She could have called or interrupted the manager and asked what would have been a quick question but it was obviously too much trouble for her to do so. Her only answer was to have me wait for who knows how long. And while I am having this discussion the other teller, so ignorant, is staring at me and listening in on our conversation the whole time. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience. Not nice or friendly people and obviously! I will never set foot in that place again!

This bank is awful. Some of the tellers are cool but that one guy shjon is rude. He legit goes out of his way to give people a hard time. It’s tiresome to be treated like a criminal for 25 dollars though you have plenty in the bank. Rude rude rude. Get a clue.
