Miserable customer service. Only one teller is open no matter how many people are in line. Today there was a man in line on his phone looking up accounts. He wasn’t asked to get things together and get back in line we all waited over 10 minutes. Unacceptable service.

Only had one teller, who had to do inside and the drive through... And the bank was full.. These banks are making so much profit and don't want to hire and pay a livable wage...

I went there to pay my father's car payment, the teller said that Wells Fargo doesn't take cash payments.
