Be aware that this store cancels online pickup orders for no reason. They mark it as “items out of stock” but I’ve gone and checked three separate times, and all three times my items were in stock- they just decided to cancel my order for some reason. And the managers are aware that this happens because I’ve spoken to two different managers about it now.

Their rewards system needs improvement- you have to ask them to apply your rewards at checkout, because they don't ask. And they expire quickly (which isn't stated anywhere), so you can't necessarily use them next time.

My wife was charged full price for 2 prescriptions. Later I discoverd Amerihealth, my insurance company, had already paid for the 2 prescriptions and my out of pocket should have been $6.83. Walgreens charged my wife $37.08 when she picked them up. Wife went to talk to pharmacy manager Marquisha. Maequisha was very combative and refused to help. My insurance company then called Marquisha to explain and again she was combative and refused to help. Filed a complaint with Walgreens headquarters, no response. Imagine if Walgreens did this to their thousands of customers! Check your charges with your insurance company. Its called "double dipping"!

My wife paid for 2 prescriptions at Walgreens, total $37.08. Contacted my insurance company when I got home and found Walgreens filed a claim for both prescriptions. Amerihealth, my insurance company, paid Walgreens for the prescriptions and I should have only been charged $6.83 out of pocket for both. She went back to Walgreens and talked to pharmacey manager , Marquisha. She was combatative and refused to help. My insurance company, Amerihealth than contacted Marquisha via phone, and again she was combative refused to help. Filed complaint with Walgreens headquarters, no response. Imagine if Walgreens overcharged all their customers like this! Check your prescription costs with your insurance company. It's called "double dipping" !

The shift lead Senae deserves a raise. She is patient, warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The store is short staffed and Sanae has been working not stop. Walgreens you need to give her a raise for working in these conditions!!! Thank you Sanae for helping me today, I really appreciate you

OMG, I thought I was the only person who had a problem with that older blonde cashier who works during the day! I thought it was racial also but I see she's nasty to everyone! I avoid going in during the day also bc she's so rude! The young guy who works in the evening is so very nice though! He makes shopping there worthwhile!

Well apparently I'm not the only one who has been rudely treated by the older short blonde haired cashier that works every morning. The last straw was when I walked away and heard her talking about me to assistant manager,because I asked her a? Well I voiced my opinion that I've been a customer since they opened and have never had any employee be so obnoxiously rude and this seems to be other peoples views. What is so hard about being nice to every customer, Hi,have a nice day,bye,and its not a race issue because im white . And seems to me she is in dire need of clustered service. Im honestly thinking about moving my prescriptions to another store like CVS and not spending any more $ at walgreens in aston. Didnt know she worked Sunday mornings but she was there this morning, didn't say one word to me at all. She should be fired because she's ruining your business and were all local loyal customers. The young black man who is always so nice and helpful was there too. Plus I've seen her several times talking to herself so maybe she has mental issues but its so wrong that she chooses who she's wants to be nice to and who she doesn't. Her job is to treat all customers the same. I still said to her this morning " Have a nice day" and no response but I didn't expect one from her but not going to change for her. So if I have to shop at another store so bit.soAnd I will let corporate know. Have a nice day!

The older female cashier with shoulder length blonde/white hair is so rude. She has scoffed at me, does not smile, is snippy, and always seems to have a bad attitude. For some reason every time I go to the store, she happens to be working...I now try to go in the evenings to avoid her but whenever I walk in and see she is there, I immediately want to leave. She is clearly always miserable and makes me so uncomfortable!!

I was probably the 6th person in line and was helping the baby in front of me because she kept dropping her candies out of the cart. I’ve watched the cashier be very pleasant with everyone else in line but once I walk up I say good morning…no response. I ask if she can price check my items before I buy. No response. She price checks one and I say okay I’ll take that one. Give her another item to price check and she’s like this too? With an attitude. I say yes. She checks it and the price was higher than I expected so I say I’ll leave that but I’ll put it back no problem. She just puts it behind the counter im like okay then…Forget the price check because clearly im annoying her by just being there. So she rings up the rest and I wait for her to tell me the total…she doesn’t. I look at the screen and see it so I give her my money. She takes it and just gives me a receipt. Im like ok thank u! Have a nice day. Then she starts taking the lady after me and I heard her give her a very pleasant good morning. Should I mention that I clearly looked different than the rest of the people that was ahead of me in line? (Different race) If I can give 0 stars I would

Hate writing a bad review but it's warranted. Not enough people work here. Lines are long Pharmacy : you wait in line to ask a question but get frustrated because they are on the phone. Always. Not their fault. They need more people here. Today is the third and final time I am walking out without purchasing anything. Today's total loss of sale was $60. I won't ever be back. Its a shame too because the people that work here are nice.
