I’ve had it with this pharmacy and I live right across the street from it. I’m currently fighting for my life and it’s hard enough without the constant problems with the pharmacy l it’s like I practically have to do some of their jobs to get my medicines. They have problems with ordering enough and when it’s coming. They also are short of staff ( not my problem) the drive thru is closed a lot which means I have to walk to the back of the store to find out if they got my meds yet. I’ve gone days without important medication I’m in a lot of pain. The last thing I need is attitude which I got today from a woman that worked there (finally working drive thru) all week I was told it’s on back order but will be here tmr and I was nice about it. But when everyday they say that and it’s not there I get angry which I have that right. I told this employee today that the manager already told me it was on back order and HE showed me when he put the order in again bc he’s sorry someone didn’t order it! Today was the last straw after believing his promises so I said is he there , Again she gave me attitude instead of apologizing for the inconvenience AGAIN! I said well I want to talk to him as soon as he gets in. I said when is that, she’s said 2 pm. I said I WILL be back to talk to him to see if he lied to me or just lazy staff here, He was quite polite with me. She told me not to raise my voice, bc she was TALKING over Me!! How dare her treat me this way!! She then threatened to call the cops on me!!! I said YOU need to be reported and that’s what I’m doing. They should not have someone that who has a control issues or that talk over, people the way she does, cutting them off!! After days of this!!! She’s a middle aged black woman with the muslin garb , which I don’t have issues with her religion etc. I have a problem with her attitude. She had no name tag in. BEWARE is all I can say she has No customer service skills and needs to be dismissed! Oh one more thing didI mention that I called for hours for the last week no one answered I was put on hold listening to kooky music for HOURS I finally called the front desk and he said he would walk back and tell them to pick it up. He did this twice and no one picked it up. That is when I got in my car in PAIN to find out myself what was going on. That is when the pharmacist said, there’s no excuse what’s been done to you and words are not enough, and I’m making sure right now that it’s ordered! It wasn’t so He told me to watch him do it. Which I did. He apologized again and said it will be here Monday that was on Friday . And was told today by that women, that we won’t have that for awhile!!!! ? they should of told me that days ago instead of today!Thank you for listening

Hate writing a bad review but it's warranted. Not enough people work here. Lines are long Pharmacy : you wait in line to ask a question but get frustrated because they are on the phone. Always. Not their fault. They need more people here. Today is the third and final time I am walking out without purchasing anything. Today's total loss of sale was $60. I won't ever be back. Its a shame too because the people that work here are nice.

Walgreens hates women. They are selective on who they will and will not fill prescriptions for. Would give them zero stars if possible.

Everyone who works here is really nice, however it is the slowest pharmacy in the DELCO area. Unless you want to spend an hour in the drive through....Literally go anywhere else. This is a consistent issue. My insurance is no longer accepted at my local CVS... otherwise I wouldn't go here.

I was getting a late prescription put in at Walgreens tonight and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it due to an issue with my name. I called into the pharmacy and spoke with Ted. He was so helpful and kind to me. He helped me get everything straightened out quickly and was able to fill my prescription in no time. Being sick has it’s challenges but having someone be so kind to you at the end of the night meant so much to me. Thank you so much, Ted. I truly appreciated your help tonight.
