Tried other shops and they weren't reliable and honest about there products. Primal has been upfront about the good and the bad with the Cig-Vap Transition for my mom and education for me. Taught me about the lovely world of Pipes. Imo, this is more important than little hassles or low stocks. I can't thank everyone over the years at Primal for the past service and continued.”

“I have been using Delaware Vapor for a few years and have always been quite happy with them. I've had one issue though. Recently one of their bottles shattered on me while filling my vape causing juice to splatter everywhere including into my eyes. After cleaning up the mess and rinsing my eyes several times, I headed back to the store with the broken bottle to show them. the sales rep asked if the bottle was cold when it broke and I replied it was not. That was all they said. Not a " we're sorry that happened to you" or " are you alright?" Not an offer for a small discount on a new bottle. I would contact the owner but there is no contact info on their website.”

They opened it and said that one of the cables were loose. And they tighten it up. I asked them how much they said. It's ok. And that they did not do much. Very respectful.”
