I go to the UPS Store in Aston for all of my Amazon returns because it is a very easy process. I do not need to package my items. I go there with the Amazon return code(s) ready and organized, especially if I have more than one item. It is a very fast process and the employees are always nice. I select this option each time I have an Amazon return and would definitely recommend for others. After the UPS Store, I usually go next door to Devour for a treat!!! :)

I love the ups store in Aston with the exception of the worker Steve. He always has a attitude anytime I come to the store and I know it's not just me that notices it .

I go here because it's close. There is a worker, maybe manager, that looks like he has eyeliner, that is rude to everyone. Maybe he is tired of Amazon returns, but it's not our fault.
