Great customer service!! I was able to get my UPACK delivered on time. The process was very simple. I usually haul my own household goods. But, I wanted to try to use a carrier. I compared prices and the time it would take before I received it. My household goods arrived earlier than expected and enabled me to get moved in my new home the next day. Despite the cost, it was well worth it! I wasn't rushed to unpack and had more than enough time to get everything unloaded. The best thing was not having to pay until the household goods were ready to ship out to my home. If I had to, I would do it all over again.

I moved from Delaware to Myrtle Beach South Carolina and it was a pure pleasure! When I move again they will be my only call. I definitely appreciate the understanding and patience when I accidentally ordered a 26 ft trailer on a small city street, imagine my surprise when the driver handed me the bill of lading to sign off (lol) I said I didn't order that...he said yes you did. OMG, so embarrassed but no worries he took it back and brought me a cube. No muss, no fuss! It cost me but a lesson learned. And the cube arrived ahead of time, even with the day lost on my mistake! Love this company. Punctual Polite and Pleasant! You ROCK - U-PACK!THANK YOU!

Unpack makes it simple. You can over estimate the space you need by a foot or two. They will deliver or drop the trailer for you to load, once done loading attach the bulkheads and straps, load the ramp and call for pick up. The driver will note the actual space used, in my case it was 2 feet less. I paid extra for the trailer to be delivered to new location address on exact date needed. You have to call to verify delivery the day before. Trailer gets dropped, you take off bulk heads, set up ramp and unload. Once doe unloading call Upack to pick up the trailer, after being sure bulk heads and ramp are on the truck. The only issue for me was the condition of the truck. It had some damage that took space away and the truck was dirty so had to sweep it out before loading. But extremely simple to set up and Online you save $25. If done on the website.Would definitely recommend. Thank you

We used u-pack moving for my daughters move Elkton Merlin to San Diego and they did a wonderful job. They kept us posted as were the U-Pack was at all times. It arrived within the time we were told, that was wonderful! We would recommend U-Pack moving to anyone who needs any packing moves anywhere!!!

Watched the videos on Youtube before booking which we're super helpful. Love that they don't take payment until they pick up (wouldn't book with anyone that requires deposit given prevalence of scam movers) and you have flexibility in canceling or moving dates. Everything was super easy from there. Only Cons: The ramp is a bit steep and delivery date is inherently variable given their model but totally fine with us for how much cheaper they were compared to other pod services.

All in all pretty satisfied with this. The trailer showed up when it should have (we'll, 90 minutes past the window I think), scheduling pickup was easy and delivery happened when it was supposed to as well. 2 of the 3 truck drivers we interacted with were very friendly and nice guys. Calling in to ABF was nice too, the phone staff pleasant. I marked it down a star because the bulkhead door was a little broken and didn't have locking pins. We had to bang on the metal bracket the bar goes through to straighten it out enough to move the bar through it. So- wasn't expecting having so much trouble with that. But all of our stuff arrived with minimal or no damage. I think our furniture had very light scuffing from running against each other- we should have used more moving blankets. And one glass dish broke, but honestly that was my fault at I didn't really pack it well. We had many glass and ceramic dishes that all made it fine, computers are fine, we even packed empty 5-gallon glass carboys that made it. So- honestly that was a pleasant surprise m, we were sure more stuff would break. We used 17' of the trailer and our truck didn't leave the state. We put an air tag in it to track it ourselves. It made 3 stops- in Chester PA, Carlisle, then Erie. Not sure what if anything they transported with our stuff but it didn't seem to have any negative impact. We didn't cover our stuff with tarps like we should have, but it worked out. All in all, everything went better than expected honestly, given we were planning for some things to break and nothing really did. This isn't the most user-friendly moving experience, with that big heavy bulkhead. If you want your stuff to arrive in good condition I'd recommend hiring professional movers to pack the trailer, or just do it very intentionally yourself, using some ratchet straps, bungee cords, moving blankets, and tarps. Pack anything fragile in boxes with lots of padding, bubble wrap, fill all the air spaces with packing paper, and don't stack heavy boxes on top of them. It took us so long to pack everything well.. I'd give yourself like two weeks, assuming you're not doing it all yourself and you're moving a two bedroom apartment's worth. I'd give yourself more time if you have more or are doing it yourself. Better to take longer to do things right so your stuff arrives not broken than rush and lose things you own.

Our move was hassle free because of UPACK. No hidden cost. Especially you can order 2 ReloCube and pay only for 1 and nothing for another if you dont use the other.

I recently moved across country from NJ to WA, about as far of a move as you can make. I used a UPACK Relocube, with the "load at transit center" option (I was moving out of a storage unit, as opposed to an apartment or house), and delivered to my new apartment. I had a small amount of stuff: 1 person, 1 bedroom apartment worth of stuff (700 sq ft), but no furniture. The “load at transit center” was very simple: show up with loaded truck; unload into Relocube; lock it; done. This Relocube option was PERFECT for me!! When I arrived at the transit center and saw the size of the box, I was a little concerned, but I wasn’t factoring in how much vertical space there is (8 ft), and it’s very easy to pack securely with little movement. Plus, with no furniture, there is no reason one cube shouldn’t work.My Relocube arrived on time and intact right to my front door. In fact, the only thing that broke during the move was 1 single ceramic kitchen item, which frankly wasn’t packed correctly by me. Every employee I encountered was very friendly and helpful. For how far my move was, and the amount of stuff I had, I was very satisfied with the final price. No hidden fees or price changes. Since the first day I called and received an estimate, the price has not changed which is extremely rare these days. I cannot say enough great things about this service and will definitely be a return customer for my next move. I just might need more cubes next time lol!

After researching various options for our long-haul move, we selected U-Pack. We are satisfied with the experience and have no regrets about our selection. U-Pack offered the best value for our situation.(1) We had time to prepare for our move and wanted to pack our own belongings.(2) We had friends who volunteered to assist us with loading the U-Pack trailer.(3) We did not need to put our belongings into temporary storage but could utilize their door-to-door pick-up and drop-off service.(4) We were able to hire experienced unloaders at our destination at a reasonable price.(5) U-Pack was able to accommodate our desired drop-off and and pick-up dates.(6) The size of the U-Pack trailer (27x8x9 ft) was a bit larger than most other options we identified. We needed the extra space. The only slight negative was that U-Pack missed their original drop-off time (8 AM-noon) by a few hours (approx. 3 PM). This didn't impact us since our plan was to begin loading the trailer on the following day.

Wow.. I was totally happy with UPack. I used a trailer rather than the cubes/pods because I had so much to move from NJ to FL. They were so wonderful to work with and very professional! They kept me informed of where my trailer was and when it would be ready for delivery to my new home. The trailer was delivered on a Friday, around 12:30pm and once we unloaded it, UPack picked it up by 5:00pm... which was awesome so that the trailer didn't sit in front of my house for the weekend. I also feel their pricing for moving me so far was so much better than renting a truck and doing all the driving myself (plus the cost of gas & tolls!). I highly recommend UPack!

I cannot say enough about how easy U-Pack made my move. It was $1000+ cheaper than any other moving services I looked into and both of the gentlemen I dealt with in PA (Curt) and FL (Lloyd) made drop off and pick up easier than I could have imagined. If anyone is looking to make any move near or far I fully recommend!!

Upack was great for my move from VA to DE. It was quick and worry free and none of my items arrived damaged. 3 days to pack your items and three days to unpack you can't beat it. I used two of the cubes and packed a lot into it. Definitely recommend!!

Great experience. Very easy and one of the highlights was the gentleman who delivered and picked up the cartons. He was extremely efficient, very polite and kind. They were dropped one day and picked up the next. We had emptied them very quickly and called and they were there for pick up first thing the following day!

We moved from Maryland to Idaho recently. I thought we were going to get a u-pod but it turned out to be a 28 foot trailer. We packed the trailer as best we could, even tying down boxes and furniture. When we received the trailer at our our new house, most everything had shifted, fallen over and numerous items were broken. Granted, we aren't professional movers but it doesn't feel like much care was taken in transit.
