Unfortunately in 2023 I got a letter in the mail stating they were retiring. “I just had my car inspected at Wynnewood Park. They always do an excellent job. What I'm writing about is there upfront pricing. I need tires. Dennis gave me a quote. When you normally get quotes it just includes the price of the item. Dennis quote included everything, tire installation and balancing. So I was surprised when I got my bill. It was less than expected.”

I took my BMW x3 in for an inspection and oil change. Kevin was very genuine and knowledgeable. Didn’t rush my questions and made sure I understood everything. He texted me a link to download my complete detailed bill BEFORE any work was completed. He was transparent about what was required to pass inspection vs recommended. There was only ONE service recommended. Attention to details is important to me. My car was returned with all notifications cleared and my lights back on auto. Everyone forgets that.”

“A few years ago, I left my SUV here after breaking down on I-95 over a holiday weekend with just a voicemail for what happened and needed to be fixed. The guys at Charlie's worked with me even though I was two states away to get my SUV back up and running. “This shop is the pinnacle of professionalism. Two man shop with a professional woman at the desk. Work is done in a timely matter as scheduled. A lot going on so be advised there may be delays, but the work will be done no matter what. Even oil changes might take a while because of all the customers that come in. All in all, awesome people, awesome reviews, and awesome mechanics that know what there doing. Had my 06 GMC Yukon there twice for rear brakes and a differential leak and all fixed. Had a little delay with getting parts but it was understandable, that's with any shop. 5 stars to those people that work there. Highly recommend”

Kind staff, great communication, tight shop, work completed on budget, including some front end repairs and a few oil leaks repaired. Was thrilled to see them doing well enough to move into a beautiful new building and can’t recommend them enough.
