I never write reviews but had to for Steve Regotti. We have been with Steve Regotti for many years and will never change! From the very beginning we have been treated like family, Steve and Colleen have been so personal and go above and beyond when we have a claim. They have literally been by our side with our home and cars. I’ve never been so satisfied with any service. You cannot go wrong by trusting Steve with your house, vehicles and valuables!

Honestly can't say enough good things about Steve and his team. Insurance typically isn't the easiest or most joyous service to acquire or understand but Steve truly makes everything simple. He provides amazing customer service and more importantly, clear & concise answers. He is always quick to help which means the world when you are dealing with your home, car and expenses. He is hands down the best insurance agent I have ever worked with.

Steve and his team are simply the best. When we bought our house 5 years ago we went back to him and he saved us a lot of money and is always available for any questions. He is always honest and gets back to you quickly.

Steve is the best! You never know how good your agent is until you have a claim. Steve is knowledgeable thorough honest dependable reassuring fair trustworthy I could go on but I think you get the point. 5 stars would use again.

Great service and they work hard to maximize every discount available to help with rates. Always quick to solve a problem, email a lost card etc etc. A+ Been with them for years now. Highly recommend.

I have been with Steve Regotti and State Farm for over 20 years. In that time, I’ve had the peace of mind of knowing that my insurance needs are in good and reliable hands. Any time I have a question or concern, Steve or a member of his team (Dawn, Colleen or Gerry) are there to put my anxious mind at ease in a friendly and patient manner. When I was looking to change my insurance company many years ago my neighbor recommended I talk to Steve. I have not regretted that call. Steve is a very knowledgeable person and goes above and beyond the call of duty to help his customers and explains details thoroughly so I know what to expect. He treats his customers like we're part of his family. I would definitely recommend Steve Regotti as your agent.

If you are looking for an insurance company that wants best for your personal and business insurances, contact Steve's office. Moving from Pa to Delaware, having company and personal policies that weren't set up correctly(not their doing), and also have a new driver added to the mix was the situation Dominic and I were in. Steve and his team, Gerry and Colleen were the best. There were so many moving parts in getting this all straightened out, and they were on top of it to make sure we get the proper discounts that are offered. Very reassuring that they were doing everything they could to get us the right policy for multiple vehicles. Thank You guys for doing what you do best!!!

I had windshield damage to my car and had filed a claim for reimbursement for the cost of the repair. When I called the hotline to file the claim I was asked to submit paperwork via email for reimbursement. However the website would not allow me to submit my paperwork online. After multiple phone calls to the hotline for assistance and after multiple transfers, disconnects, and redials, no one was able to help me. I called Steve for guidance and he had me email it to him and he forwarded it to the proper site. Several weeks passed without my reimbursement check arriving. I again called the hotline multiple times to try to learn the status of my claim and a timeline for resolution. And again after multiple transfers, disconnects, and redials, no one could help me. I again called Steve for assistance. He apologized for my experiences and wrote me a reimbursement check that day. He offered to deliver it to me if I wished. In today’s world many companies we interact with are global with thousands of offices and employees. This largeness offers increased opportunities for errors, glitches, miscommunications, and slips through the cracks. It is critical to have an advocate who can follow up on progress and intercede, if necessary, on your behalf for what ever your situation is. Steve Regotti is your advocate. He will have your back. I switched to Steve and State Farm after 40 years with another insurance company and I am very happy I made the change.

When I first moved to Aston I decided to call them and transfer my policy to this location since I moved in Aston from a different state. I started the police and few months in I decided to change my bank acount and I notified the agent that I need to change my bank about information. They sent me a letter that I needed to sign and mail them back. I signed the letter and I dropped it off and was told that is all we needed. I gave them a month long to change the bank information. Please watch out and make sure that they do their part as they did not with me. I was trying to be the good guy to make sure they got their money at the same time me not driving with out insurance. I kept checking my account to see if it was drafted. Almost a week went by and nothing happened. So I decided to go by the office and explained what was going on. They were blaming me and I have done my part. The agent started to argue with me and I told her that I am not here to argue with you I just want you to take my money thats all. Before I left I ask to check if my account has been updated, she pulled up my policy and never did change the account. At that moment I decided that I needed to find another State Farm Agent. Would not go to this place or recommend it to anyone

Let me start by saying I have had State Farm for multiple years. My daddy had it, and his daddy before him. I finally talked my husband into switching so we could share a plan, and (once again) I get to say "I told you so!". We have already had to use our insurance multiple times this year, highly unusual for us. First, the windshield of our brand new truck got hit right in the sweet spot that makes those awesome spider cracks. Baddabing, the app solved that. SafeLite was dispatched, installed the windshield while I worked, no muss no fuss. Now comes the fun story... Recently I had the displeasure of working with an company that really messed up my car. I tell you, this situation was truly bonkers. Super-Steve to the rescue! For two weeks he offered sage advice, tips, assistance, and when the company-that-shall-not-be-named refused to pay for the damages to my vehicle, Steve was able to work with State Farm and get me my money back! Every time I called, either Steve or a lovely lass named Colleen answered, and if my call couldn't be taken that moment, it was returned within the hour. Bangin' customer service. For a long time there was little anyone could do while the Nissan Dealership struggled to even figure out what this company had done to my car. It took 11 days to diagnose and repair, and Steve was there every step of way on my calls and emails, checking in and working with me to get to the bottom of the situation. This guy goes above and beyond the call of insurance duty. It was stressful putting out all that money up front to repair my car because of what someone else did. Steve gave me the realistic expectations and provided alternate solutions to make sure I was reimbursed as much as possible without going through the hassle of court. And guess what? By the end of the situation, I was fully reimbursed EVERYTHING, hundreds of dollars, and STEVE is responsible for that. Ten stars, twenty stars even! For going above and beyond.

Hello I've been doing business with Steve since 2008 maybe before that, It has been a long time. Steve customer service is outstanding, he really always has been there for me and my family, he does everything possible to help his clients and I really do not have any complaints, I don't see dealing with someone else Steve has been incredible to me and my family always looking for the best deals for me and always looking out to help me in everything he possible can. I really recommend Steve as your insurance agent he is honest, straight forward person, will not lie to you and will try to help you as much as he can.
