Zack & Rob were wonderful!! Zack was very informative about my entire inspection process and the tech called before doing any work! Gave me a full description of what I needed and a breakdown of the cost! Came the whole way from Virginia to come to Nelson’s! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my car care needs! Nelson’s auto went above and beyond to help me with my car issues, and even ended up saving me money by calling my car dealership to discuss a manufacturers recall. They are a very honest and hardworking business.

My mechanic of 20+ years retired so it’s been an adjustment
trying to find a new one. My recent appointment didn’t go as planned. I had an appointment for tires and they were not there at my appointment time. Of course I was frustrated, but the recovery was better than I expected. I was called when the tires arrived and given priority at my convenience for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen but the recovery will definitely keep me as a customer. Thank you!!

Customer service is great (Rob). They will always get you in. Mechanics are great at explaining in detail the work to be done. A fair price will be given as well.

I have used them for years. Im very particular about my cars performance and handling and they have never let me down. When I developed a moderate tire air leak on my way home from work I managed to get there w 20psi still left and they stayed late to fix it for me so I wouldn't get stranded somewhere doing a tire change. Thats above and beyond service!
7/24 Still use Nelson's! Very happy with their service and Rob always goes the extra mile for both my husband and my cars.

I was using a friend's car when visiting from out of town. Unexpectedly, I had a front end tire emergency. I needed someone close & able to fix my issue asap. When i did a google search for repair shops, Nelson's was my 1st call. They said they could take care of me but needed to have tires I needed to be delivered & it would take about 90 mins.
True to their word tires arrived & they had me back on the road a couple hours afterwards. They also threw in a few lug bolts car was missing for free.
All in all Nelson's was friendly, efficient, & able to help me in an emergency with a fair price that may have otherwise been a much more costly situation.

Awesome service, auto expertise. Rob is a car guy through and through, and his passion reflects in his and his staff’s work. It is clear that they are trying to fix things at the most reasonable cost to the customer. Plus, it’s fun waiting around and shooting it with him other and other customers!
