I have used Mulch Works Recycling a number of times and have been very happy with their service. The one time I had a problem, there was no excuses, just how could the problem be fixed to my satisfaction. BUT the reason I am writing this review, which is months overdue, is because my last experience with Mulch Works was EXCEPTIONAL. My delivery of mulch, sand and stone was scheduled to arrive the day before a forecast of torrential rain. Mulch Works called to ask if I would like to reschedule my delivery. I was so impressed by their care and consideration. Almost all of my delivery would have been washed away and I would have had to repeat my order. Obviously, Mulch Works would have benefited financially by not calling me. Instead, they had my best interest at heart. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Mulch Works Recycling!

LOVE this place! Perfect for diy'ers. I placed my first order with them in June for black mulch. Excellent quality and a very fair price. Delivery was on time. I was able to move my deivery by one day due to impending thunderstorms. They were happy to do that.Based on the mulch quality, Ava (my 4 lb chihuahua) and I visited the yard and selected some 3-5 " riverjacks. Best rocks I've bought! They really were on the larger side and only a minimum amount of pebbles/remnants. I've bought these from other yards and there is always way too much of the small stuff in there.The guys working there were helpful and friendly. No pressure to buy and they were happy to walk around, show us what they had and make recommendations.After my mulch delivery they sent me an email asking about my experience with them and if I was happy with everything. It was a personal note not a third party email blast.It made a positive impression on me and showed that they cared.I love shopping and supporting local businesses whenever possible. This was well worth it!

People make or break especially small business. It starts with the owners and managers as they set the example for everyone that works there.
Mulch Works in Aston not only has top quality products but also has very kind, responsive and hardworking workers, managers and owners and that shows in the customer satisfaction.
I have ordered from Mulch Works several times things like mulch and soil and they were always responsive, everything showed up when they said it would and they were very resonably priced for a great product.
This last time I called to order pavers that our previous contractor didn't deliver. Jessie picked up and casually asked about our project. We were in such a mess with our project and he could hear the stress in my voice...he offered to come check it out for us and offer some advice.
Next thing I know he comes by and looks at the project and says: "hang tight I will get you guys what you need!!! "
Within a couple days he found us the most wonderful contractor in the area that showed up that Sunday to get the project finished!!! The owners at Mulch Works even helped us with the missing material, stone and pavers, so that we stayed within our tight budget!!!! We had already paid our old contractor 75% so we didn't have much to go on.
Within 5 days our patio and walkway that we had been waiting for 3 months was done!!!
I have no words to describe the kindness and help this business offered us!!! We are forever greatful to these wonderful human beings!

I ordered about 400 sq Sarah chestnut lite patios pavers, Cambridge brand— the color is great, quality superior. The best part — price is much better than EP Henry. In order to try to see if life time warranty works, I brought back a few chipped ones, they replaced with no question asked. Their manager Jesse and other staff, delivery guy are all super nice person to work with. God bless this place!
