I ordered 5 cubic yards of top soil. Thy dropped off a massive amount of dirt that was the consistency of clay mixed with sand. Weeds wot even grow through this stuff. When I called and asked them to pick it up and take it away they said there’s no way for them to do that. Not sure what they dropped off but it definitely wasn’t top soil

Driver for Mulch Express was picking up a dumpster at my neighbor's house. Where he proceeded to drive on my property. Leaving ruts in the lawn. When confronted, driver said "what am I supposed to do get a helicopter". So I called the company, they said send pictures. I did send them pictures. I got no response. I called again, the guy that answered said they will not be held responsible. DO NOT use the company. The drivers are arrogant, will destroy property, and not be responsible.

1st time experience with John Deluca and his team at Mulch Express. The service was phenomenal...same day delivery on 15 yards of triple shred! The mulch was awesome...no garbage mulch at M.E. like I get from other suppliers in Wilmington. And lastly, a price that beat all the competition in my area. Highly recommend Mulch Express. I'll be sure to call John again!
