Wow, this place has gone way downhill. Employees look at you like you are bothering them. They don't put any effort into spaying the cars down before starting the wash. This car wash is extremely rough on cars. I thought the brush was gonna tear my mirror off because it was beating on my car so much. My car definitely wasn't as shiny when it came out like it used to be when the old owners still ran this place.

Usually I only come to captain car wash because they are awesome but the new crew they have can’t put the phones down to spray the car instead of spraying it right he is busy looking at his phone. Where is the Regular guys we need them back please

I’ve been coming to this car wash everyday for a year. Where I park my car at home is full of trees and birds do what they do on my car to the extreme everyday ??♀️ and mind u I live in Prospect park and travel to this car wash because not only does my car always come out clean as hell but the workers are super friendly, professional & on point! But recently they hired a new manager named Dave that actually comes out and washes the cars along with the workers.. always makes sure I get tokens for the vacuum and most importantly for me makes sure I don’t scrape my rims when I go through! That’s a big deal for me!!!! The other guy never came out of the office NEVER! Not saying he wasn’t nice just didn’t come out and get hands on with the customers ? Dave is a great change for the car wash!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went through the car wash. First time since it changed hands. Left with a bunch of tiny scratches all over my car and one on driver side window. Now trying to buff them all out. Went because it was free the first time. Pissed off and highly regret it. Car doesn’t even look any cleaner than before going through. Water spots everywhere and all the dirt and dead bugs that had been on the front of the car and back is still there. Will miss the original car wash and regret not going to the car wash in Clifton heights on Baltimore Ave where they do it by hand. That’s what I get for trying to take the easy route.

Got a $15 car wash today. It was not a bad car wash the attendant sprayed my car on entry to get the extra bad dirt off the front and back.
I was really disappointed that they charged for vacuum use. Most other car washs in the area that charge 15, you get free vacuum.

Nice job. Good people. Helpful and attentive. Ulysses who prepped my car before the wash found a piece that fell off my car and knew exactly where it was when I returned. He really cares.

Been a member a the Aston location for a few months, recently have had an issue with damage to my factory painted black rims, these are perfectly identical half circle gaulg marks from the paint, after the first time I noticed I thought no it cant be from the carwash but after the second time certain there is no where/ nothing else that could make these perfect marks, I decided to reach out the local carwash they said to bring the car over on Tuesday and they'll take a look, an employee tried convincing me over and over to look at this co workers rims he goes through every day etc. note the co workers car was a sedan with completely different rims than my SUV. I let the employee know I appreciated him taking a look but I still would like to talk to management to see how we could resolve this, he gave me a Toms telephone number, I spoke with Tom he had me text him photos of the damages then Tom was trying to convince he is positively certain the damage didn't come from his car wash... I know am to the point where I text Tom and ask for a claim form and his Insurance Carriers information his response when he called instead of answering the text " I cant do that, Insurance companies don't know what they are looking at I do" I let him know this is why his company carries insurance coverage his response was "insurance is not for people to try and scam"... Scam huh, my visits are logged and would match within days of the photos dates. I feel like the only one who is being scammed a single mom, finally buys her and her kids a brand new car and 10k miles in the rims are all damaged and this is how I get treated when nicely just asking for it to be evaluated/ handled the proper why..
Edited to respond:
1. I never said it was from the rail...
2. Road rash in a specific circular shape which happened on two separate occasions after coincidentally using the car wash
3. Seems super shady that the "manager" Tom won't even give the GM information and address to where my attorney can send the letter since they refuse to give me a claim form or their insurance information ....
as we know it is illegal to withhold insurance information, I'm not letting this damage go.
