I’ve been coming to Lab Services at Folkstone Plaza for many years, and I can confidently say this is the only place I trust for lab work. The staff is consistently professional, kind, warm, and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile and make the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Whether it’s routine blood work, pre-surgery labs, or testing for a physical, I only come here—and I bring my family and children too. They’re incredibly efficient, fast, and knowledgeable. After all these years, I’ve never had a single bad experience.
What truly sets them apart is how genuinely caring and attentive they are. They make something that could feel uncomfortable or stressful actually pleasant. I always leave feeling well taken care of.

“Good evening Google Family. This was my very first time visiting this location of Lab Corp. I went to the main office building first. I used to patronize this place years ago when I was an insurance agent for AFLAC. I was told by a nice lady employee that the Lab Corp was in the next building over. I was in the right area, just the wrong parking area. I rode over there and I checked in. It seemed like there were people that were there after me, getting waited on before me. I was thinking maybe they had an appointment. Finally they called my name. The lady checked me in and asked was I fasting and I said no. My doctor did not call for that. Then it was time for me to get my blood test. The young lady phlebotomist called my name, she was ready for me. The test is quick. My left arm was used and the needle went in, which I hate and then it was over. The young lady told me that I was free to leave. HOORAY!!!! I was so happy!!! I hate going to these places. However I had a great experience and I would come back again and recommend others to come here. Have a great evening Google familly and don't forget to work out, be fit and Fabulous!!!!!”
“I have gotten quite a few tests done at this facility and always have a good experience. But a couple weeks ago I was really impressed with how patient and kind the workers were. I had chemo years ago (no port - biggest mistake) and my veins are scarred and it is sometimes very difficult to get a good stick that flows. The lady tried a couple times and couldn't get enough blood to flow, then got someone else to come in and help. They were able to get it. I am pleased with their approach and their skills. I know I am trouble when I come in, some days worse than others (if I forget to drink enough water the day before), but I can count on this team doing a good job and maintaining a professional demeanor.
I find everyone I encounter there to be pleasant, and the wait time is usually minimal (but I do typically try to make an appointment which helps).”
“This location is always on point with their bloodwork process. The bloodwork itself is pretty much painless and the women I've worked with are always so nice and comforting. I will always use this location for all routine bloodwork!”
“This is my third time coming to this LabCorp location. Each time – my experience has been great! I make an appointment in advance, I come in at my appointed time, I am seen within five minutes, I have my blood drawn, and I am out the door. I don’t think it’s ever taken longer than 10 minutes. The people are friendly, professional, and relatively pain-free :-) Great for a chicken like me!”

“I am always so impressed with the Quest on Baltimore Pike. I’m make an appointment online, so my wait time is always negligible. The phlebotomists are amicable and know their stuff. I enjoy the chats I have with them and almost never feel any discomfort!”
“The ladies working here are *amazing*. I took my two daughters (11 & 14) here today. It was my 11yo’s first blood draw and the ladies were so encouraging and kind. They even spoke with such encouragement to them saying things like “you got this!” and “you can do this!” calling them both by their names. They calmed any anxiety they had and did an amazing job getting the blood needed. Highly recommend. Every labcorp should have employees just like these two woman. Fantastic.”
“The nurse who did my testing was absolutely wonderful. Her instructions were clear, she was friendly, and when she took my blood I didn't even feel the needle. I made an appointment ahead of time, and after checking in was in the back within 15 minutes.”

This labcorp is further away from me then a couple other ones but I choose to drive the extra distance to come to this glen mills labcorp!!”

“We had a great experience at this Labcorp location today. We were serviced by 2 ladies who were very nice and considerate. My spouse and I were both getting bloodwork and we had our baby under 1 years with us in a carseat. We were walkins about 11am. There were a bunch of appointments on the board but only one person actually there ahead of us. The lady behind the desk called us up right away, and let both of us go in the same room at the same time so we could bring the baby back with us. The two ladies were so cute with the baby. The nurse was very quick and professional. Easily found a vein, no problems. We were in and out within 10 minutes.”
“Friendly staff, the check-in process was quick and easy, I was in and out quickly and overall it was a pleasant experience. The lab tech that did my bloodwork was friendly and talkative throughout the process and then as I left, another tech was friendly as well. This location is conveniently located, but it helps to know it's staffed well and offers great service.”
“third time using this facility - very clean and receptionist was very nice! she also did my blood and but couldn’t do my kidney work so heading to doctors office to see who they suggest! She gave me all the supplies I needed if I thought I could tackle myself!!!! The Lab cor p I went to on Thursday for appt scheduled - I waited 30 minutes before someone informed me their computers were down!!! waiting for 15 more minutes while gal tried to get an estimated time when they would be working! Finally left and came to this facility! no appt and place was filled but only waited for twenty minutes!! Thank you for doing a good job!!!”

The office and labs were clean, bright and well organized. The text-based check-in system worked flawlessly. I was taken to the lab on time. My phlebotomist was courteous, professional and skilled. She listened to my pertinent medication history. I will return for future labs.”
“Great burgers and desserts. However, it took a long time to come to my table. Very expensive. They literally drained my blood for payment. I think the place may be run by vampires. They have a dessert tray they bring around but don't take anything. All the desserts are in glass tubes with red liquid inside. Very suspicious. They also have plastic bags of tomatoes sauce. I think it's tomato sauce but who knows?”
“Took my infant to get her first blood draw, and I was extremely nervous about how it would go because she hates having her arms constrained. The two phlebotomists did an amazing job with her. I was able to keep her on my lap the whole time. They were very fast, got it in on the first try, it was over in less than 2 minutes. I would take my baby there again, no question. I have been to multiple LabCorp locations and this seemed to be one of the better ones.”
