I had a really nice experience here. I had driven to the lab and there was a long wait so I drove back to the Walgreens near my house and was seen pretty quickly. Within 10-15 mins maybe. My son also went a month ago for his bloodwork and he was also seen incredibly fast. The nurse on staff was really kind. I told her I was nervous because I hate bloodwork and she spoke to me the whole time to distract me. I really appreciated that. She was very good at drawing blood. It was fast and painless. The lab in Walgreens wasn’t much different than labcorp in my opinion. And because it was in Walgreens, I was able to buy a snack after having my blood drawn. I would recommend this to others for sure.

9/14/2023. Didn't have an appointment but was seen within 30 minutes. Lady that drew my blood was terrific. A++

I was there today and I didn't have an appointment. They took me back within 10 minutes. The woman who drew my blood was very nice and polite. She was also very good with drawing the blood. I didn't feel a thing. Will go back.

Schedule myself for physician ordered blood work . Arrived a little early. Checked in at the kiosk, was called in, had blood drawn and was on my way in 5 minutes . :)

This morning I had blood work done at the Aston Labcorp in Walgreens. Vanessa was the technician on duty. Excellent! I made my appointment online. The check-in was easy, I waited about two minutes before my name was called. Vanessa was pleasant, friendly, and most importantly GREAT at her job. I didn't feel a thing and hours later, no bruise on my arm. Thank you Vanessa!

I walked into Lab Corp in Aston, located inside the Walgreens to get blood drawn for lab work my doctor ordered. I waited maybe five minutes after checking in through the kiosk, when I was called into the room to have my blood drawn by Bridget who was just awesome! She was so professional and gentle with the needle and I didn’t feel anything!

The female phlebotomist was extremely rude. She has no customer service skills. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I made an appointment and she completely was unprofessional and unhelpful. I handed her my paperwork and she looked at me and I asked after waiting a few moments if she would like the paperwork she rudely said sit over there. When I tried to assist a special-needs woman in a wheelchair who cannot login I asked this phlebotomist how we could help her. She said she will have to figure that out

I went to this location this morning to get blood work done. I couldn't get an appointment but the site said walk-ins are welcome. I got there right before 11:30 and checked in on the kiosk, where I was instructed to wait in my car in order to social distance and that they'd text me when it was my turn. There were a good amount of people ahead of me so I figured it would be a while. Closing time is listed as 1:30pm so around 1 I went inside to finish out the wait in there. Someone came out of the lab Corp room and called two names and those people entered (the kiosk gave me this choice in the beginning but I chose the text method instead since it was crowded) I never received a message and sat outside of the room until 1:40pm, when a pharmacist asked if I was STILL waiting for lab corp (I spoke with him when I got there 2 hours prior) and he told me that by the looks of it, no one is coming out to see me. I did exactly what I was told, and they just closed and never once acknowledged my existence after being there for over 2 hours. Maybe they just called my name and since I wasn't there, they moved on. If that's the case, the kiosk should not say to "wait where you're comfortable and we'll text you when it's your turn". Overall, this was a huge waste of my time and I'd never recommend this lab Corp location to anyone.

I waited over an hour just to be seen. I will not be coming back to this Lab Corp.

I have had a great experience the staff are very apt and professional also I have very small veins and they are guick and really good. The store is not a had place to wait if need too very pleased

They take di long they don’t care the appt almost 50 waiting and still they don’t call
