KDI professionally handled our Plotter and Printer Situation. We dealt with their NJ location. A member of their PA leadership came out to address follow up concerns. As a business owner I really appreciated that.

I would like to shout out what 2 great folks you have in your printer needs and repair tech. Siobhan Serra-Coles & Joseph Coleman are amazing people to deal with.If I am ever in need of supplies, Siobhan lets me know when they were shipped or when they will be shipped. Joe comes out for all of our copier needs. We have drum issues as our copiers are getting older and are used a great deal.
