The storage facility is "fine". It is clearly a budget choice. However be aware the rumors are true. < 3 months after you join, they will raise the rate upwards of 40% on what you had agreed to pay.

I found my experience with Karen very good. She was knowledgeable in all areas and explained everything to me in detail with all of the questions and was very patient with me while coming in twice. That's way I rented a unit because I liked my overall experience.

Extremely hot inside. No air whatsoever on inside units. Hall light was on a timer by the door. Timer runs out your in darkness. No lights in interior units. 2 stars for space in unit.
