I can't for the life of me remember her name at the moment but there's a girl who always helps me with questions regarding my tropical plants, she's straight forward and helpful and doesn't give me anxiety when I ask dumb questions. So kudos to her. If it helps identify her to Wedgewood I'm pretty sure she's your carnivorous plant go to. Anyways, also, shout out to Abby for taking her time to try to look up through my past purchases the variety of banana I bought from them years ago. So I decided that I was going back to this Kirland as I have been there before, I needed to pick some pictures, & the women who helped me was a blond lady, I don't remember her name, but she was wonderful helping me pick our colors for my wall. They even came to the car to try & help us put the pictures in our car. I just love this store so much & she was just a wonderful & helpful person.”

“Before I ever started working at Brandywine I shopped at Brandywine and so has my daughter Sam!! It really is a family vibe there and everyone is very helpful! My daughter and I have been going there for the last decade! We all really try to go above and beyond and the staff works well together! We have a lot of returning customers and generational customers! I personally really enjoy helping people and making sure they're getting exactly what it is that they want! It can be challenging at times but we go above and beyond for customer service!”

“Thank you for the great customer service during a difficult time for my family and for the beautiful floral arrangements for my sisters homegoing service. We contacted five different florist and Wise was the one that we chose after having one florist be rude. I am very glad that we ended up going with them because we were very worried about how the arrangements will look without being able to the florist work previous to ordering. Wise was the only florist with pictutes online. They were able to accommodate an early delivery schedule, answer multiple questions by phone and email with patience, and did a beautiful job on the arrangements. We ordered a casket spray, a standing spray, and a custom letter Z. The casket spray and standing spray looked like what was pictured online. Thank you again for the beautiful pieces. My sister loved flowers and would have loved the arrangements.”
