I would not recommend contact. I went in the office inquired about a car was told I would get called. I stopped back later that day was told something similar. I wrote for a contact back. They ghosted me I imagine to allow time for the vehicle to have more inquiries. So stay away.

My husband purchased a car from them 2 weeks ago , told them he needed a reliable vehicle to get to and from work as he works near Philly . They assured him the vehicle he purchased would be a great fit . Friday 11/17 on his way to work the car started over heating, after pulling over he noticed it was leaking antifreeze . After putting an entire gallon in it and barely making it to the next exit and putting more in it he called them to let them know that they sold him a lemon . He was told to bring it the next day and they would handle it . He even towed it there for them so they didn’t have to . The next day (Saturday ) rolls around , we go In and ask to speak to a manager . The gentleman who was there said he was a manager and asked how he could help . We told him what was going on and he said he didn’t know anything about a loaner, poked his head around under the hood and said it was probably just a hose . We asked for someone to assist who was able to discuss selling vehicles and were told no one would be in until 1pm . My husband works nights , he was just getting off and had not slept , so he was not waiting on someone to come in at 1pm . After about 20 mins he spoke to Matt , who was familiar with the vehicle . He told him he didn’t feel like dealing with this on a Saturday and asked if we could come back Monday . Seeing as tho it’s our only vehicle , no we can’t , we needed something that day . They put us in a loaner , Monday morning said loaner started making weird noises , so we went back to the dealer to let them know and make them aware . A few hours went by and my husband was told to bring the loaner in and get something else . They claimed to have to fixed the original vehicle by replacing the radiator and asked that we leave it with them Tuesday so they can drive it all day . Around 4 pm Tuesday (today 11/21) they called and said it was good to go. I left work , got to the dealer at 5pm , drove it home , my husband left within minutes of me getting home to head to work and the vehicle started over heating again. He called high line and the same “manager” from Saturday told him he couldn’t do anything as he had already locked the doors . They close at 6 . He asked if he could bring the car back and get into the loaner so he could get to work. And was told no because he already locked up . This is our only vehicle and my husband depends on it to get to work everyday to support our 3 children . This is now not once but twice this same vehicle has caused him to be late to work and nearly miss a day .Stay away from them , they sell lemons , they’re well aware of what they’redoing and don’t care how it affects people or families

I ride pass this place everyday and always see cars come and go so I decided to give it a try. I Just came in looking for a vehicle last week and they managed to put me in a brand new 2020. The front desk gentleman is really really cool and nice. He worked with me and helped me out a lot. These people will work wonders with you into getting you into something really nice & fresh. Definitely satisfied with the services & will recommend to friends, family and anyone looking for a vehicle.

I got two cars from highline motors and in both instances they helped me so much and made sure I left with a vehicle knowing I needed one for school and work. I would recommend them to anyone really in need for a car or if you just need another one. They are very nice & the cars are great both of my cars work amazing and any issue i had or question I currently have I can call them and get help in a jiffy! 10/10 highly recommend.

We recently had the opportunity purchase an F450 diesel dually pickup from Highline. We drove from Wilmington, DE and fully expected to fine the typical road side used car lot when we got there. Highline is far from the typical used car lot. From the minute we drove onto their lot, we could tell that they were a quality business. From the quality selection of luxury and business vehicles, to the no pressure professional sales team...everything was a refreshing surprise from what we were expecting.
