Our Volkswagen stopped working. Several mechanics recommended we reach out to Euromotive (which I think says something when other mechanics respect the work done by this company). Euromotive quickly identified the issue and promptly fixed it. They saved us so much time and money, when other non-euro car mechanics had wrongly diagnosed the problem and had suggested significantly more expensive repairs (that ultimately would not have fixed the problem). Well done, Euromotive. There is no better place to take a European car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Found Euromotive Autohaus on Facebook after not wanting to deal with my local Jaguar dealer...who were RUDE & snobby to me & who only seemed interested in trying to upsell me additional services.Lucas was very polite, thorough and genuinely seemed like he cared. well well... What an absolute catastrophic failure it has been dealing with these guys since my last review... They have been in possession of my car now for over 14 months waiting and waiting... excuse after excuse. Pathetic lie after lie. On multiple occasions I have been told it was ready for pick up....and only after I have facilitated a ride to their shop to pick it up, I get dropped off and guess what??? Each time Eric and Lucas are scrambling around trying to figure out why it wont start.. why its running like absoute shit after they literally rebuilt half the motor... you blamed the most recent issue on the fuel PUMP. IT WAS THERE FOR FUEL AND CARB WORK yet you left the old pump in there for me to break down from? Why the work you have done is failing and not working as promised blows my mind and I'll remind you that you charged my credit card alnost $6k for this abortion of incomplete work. I have had to threaten these guys with legal action several times just to get their attention... I REPEAT that so future customers are aware. MULTIPLE TIMES I HAVE HAD TO THREATEN THIS BUSINESS WITH LEGAL ACTION during this waste of more than a year.. The last time I went to pick it up... car broke down and required a tow off the Northeast Extension within the 1st 1/2 hour of leaving EuromotiveAutohaus. Well, That was over 3 months ago and its still sitting at their shop not being fixed. They claim it had nothing to do with their shotty worksmanship. However they were the last ones up close and personal with the parts they claim are now mysteriously bad... *Last straw with me today 08/25/23... LUCAS "We cant locate a part thats why its still sitting here"... its a 1973 VW Beetle ..... MILLIONS MADE yet you cant find a part. Your staff has let you down ERIC. Sad but true. You, your father along with your staff clearly don't know what they are doing. Your business is a 0 STAR BUSINESS as of today... Today I told Euromotive Autohaus they can start paying me to rent my vehicle since they want to have it at their shop. This prompted Lucas to call me and said they don't know how to fix the car and they want me to pick it up... and they were waving the next round of invoices. $1400+ was what I was told. BIG DEAL. You already over charged me for the bullsh!+ work you didn't do correctly. Telling me "We'll eat those expenses" Good for you. YOU should eat those expenses. It was nice hearing you try to own up to the last round of failed attempts but... What you should have said was ... WE DROPPED THE BALL OVER AND OVER AND FAILED YOU AS A CLIENT. WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU FOR THE TOW YOU HAD TO PAY FOR AFTER LEAVING OUR SHOP. SORRY IT TOOK YOU SUGGESTING LEGAL ACTION TOWARDS OUR BUSINESS TO GET OUR ATTENTION. SORRY FOR THE EXCUSSES THAT LEAD YOU TO YELL AT US OVER THE PHONE AND WE ARE VERY SORRY THAT WE HAVE EARNED THIS REVIEW THAT WILL RIDE OUR GOOGLE ACOUNT FOR LIFE.

I was looking to get a new clutch installed in my B8.5 Audi S4. I don't trust my car to anyone so it was extremely important to me that I used a shop that was familiar with this platform and had done this job before. I was glad to have this shop recommended to me and instantly knew I was in the right place when I pulled up and there were 4 other B8.5 S4s in the parking lot. Overall I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work that was done and will definitely be using these guys again in the future.Service: Transmission

A friend recommended these guys to me because everyone he knows takes their German cars here, and I can definitely see why!Brought my 2016 Audi S3 to get inspected and have every fluid changed and they did a fantastic job. Setting up an appointment was easy as could be and everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable . I found everyone at this garage extremely affable, respectful, and honest. Had priced an estimate for the work I needed done and their estimate was on par. Lucas and the other team members exuded a lot of hospitality while I was at garage and trying to figure things out. If I was staying in the area, I’d always go here for car troubles.

I’ve taken my Mercedes here multiple times. These guys do great work. Lucas is very attentive to detail, has fair prices, and will help you out where he can. They are the type of people to identify the problem before doing the work and charging you. I recommend this place and will be coming back.
