i came in the other day and had a super hard time finding the product i needed and after having a really hard day i was just so flustered and the manager on duty (katie) was so kind and helpful she came up to me and asked if i needed help found the exact thing i was looking for super fast and helped me with the self checkout. i dont come to this location often but i definitely will be now after how amazing she was. i think everyone in the customer service industry should strive to be more like katie she was kind considerate and patient with me which i couldnt appreciate more

What a great place to shop!! Came here 4.23.24 for some shampoo. I couldn’t find it at first but mike helped me and was very helpful. I also found a conditioner I was looking for too. I had a great experience and I look forward to come again!

The old woman that looks like a witch working at the pharmacy desk needs to be forced into retirement! She is hard of hearing and made a simple pickup difficult. All she had to do was type in my name but she went to speak with the pharmacy technicians several times. I only came here because it was right next to the urgent care.

I don't know if it's me, or if it's every CVS Pharmacy, but everyone i go to is a joke. The employees are rude, like to the point where its uncomfortable. Do they EVER smile? They seriously will have you wait in line and then shut the door/window after you wait in the drive thru, its almost like the employee WAITED til 5 to give the car in front of us her scripts so she didnt have to wait on us. Exactly at 5 I was just at the this one and we were waiting in line in the drive through.For 15 min And it was almost like the girl that was waiting on the person in front of me. Waited till 5 o'clock to serve her her order. And then totally put the screen up so we couldn't be seen. And we were waiting in line for 15minutes. We even told her weve been waiting shIe could of cared less. IT's a disgrace. I will be moving my scripts to another place and with my whole family its about 15 scripts a month so their loss. Don't bother going there you'll just get frustrated and annoyed. Oh and don't try to call, and if you do put aside about an hour to hold.

Just over at the CVS I was using a line for regular check out. I was asked me to use a self check out I said I’m trying to save peoples jobs by using a regular check out. She said I’m making l more difficult for not using a regular cashier instead of a self check out.What is this world coming to people in the CVS arguing with you I’m trying to help them out and they seem to be argumentative. Well I will not be back to the CVS ever again.

I can’t believe how much this pharmacy has gone down hill. My question is what is going on? What kind of incompetent staff are they hiring? My whole family has been using this CVS for years and now I’m starting to come to the conclusion that it’s time to switch pharmacies. There are some decent CVS pharmacies but unfortunately the Aston one isn’t. It’s a shame because I remember having a wonderful relationship with the previous staff but I think they’re all gone. Now it’s like going to a fast food restaurant, with a bunch of irresponsible kids who don’t care if they screw up your order. They even look and behave like a bunch of teenagers even to the point of not taking responsibility for their actions.They get defensive if questioned about any mishaps or shift blame on others even other CVS pharmacies. This unprofessional and immature behavior in pharmacy staff is unacceptable and I don’t feel safe having them handle my family and I’s medications.

Horrible service at the pharmacy! Doctor sent over prescription, pharmacy kept saying they didn’t receive, phone tag between the doctor to confirm CVS had verified prescription hours before! Finally give me the new medication for my 5 week old with absolutely no drug information, my receipt was longer than the instructions! I called to speak with the pharmacist and expressed my concern that drug information was not provided for a 5 week old!! He responded, that’s all your doctor wrote. Excuse me?! You are the dispensing pharmacist and have an obligation to ensure patient understands drug. They are way too absent minded at this location, I will not be returning.

The pharmacy is useless. It’s so bad. This place used to be the best, but they hire the absolute worst people they can find. Being short staffed isn’t their issue it’s the terrible, rude, lazy, inefficient people they hire. Don’t go here. Transfer your prescriptions anywhere else. The store is fine it’s just the pharmacy that should be totally overhauled. Fire them all and just start over.

I have called 5 times over the past week to ask a question for the pharmacy. Every time it's at least 20+ minutes of waiting on the phone only to be hung up on. I am actually on hold now it's been 25 minutes now. Wish me luck!

They are scammers. They run your insurance and charge it then tell you they never got the prescription from your doctor. They are stealing funds from your insurance and processing fake claims
