Older woman with medium length black hair....kept pressing my feet down roughly to paint as if i was holding them high in the air, then nicked my cuticle and made it bleed. Then put something on it, didn't even tell me what it was, probably alcohol because it burned. I told her it hurt she says no more bleeding. I said that still doesn't take away the fact that it hurts! Painted my toes all 10 before asking me if I liked the color. Decided I didn't like it once done and they wanted to charge me 5.00 for polish change while I was still there getting over 90.00 in service. I did not tip and I won't be back EVER!!!

I’ve been here a handful of times and never had a problem, very clean and nice environment. However I went last week for the first time in awhile and I got a new mail tech who was a male, I’ve never seen there before and he jacked my nails up! I got a full set of acrylics and they look awful! I’m going back tomorrow to complain!

First time going here bc a friend of mine recommended. Beautiful work and very kind and accommodating staff! They even gave a free lil Christmas bag with nice lotions at the end. So sweet!

i got a full set and not even 2 weeks later, my nails started coming off when i would scratch an itch or do something simple. I got them redone and they still kept coming clean off.Service: Acrylic nails

1st time being here. A co-worker recommended here. Reviews were back and forth on line but I decided to take a chance. I LOVED the place. Had a picture of what I wanted and the lady did it fabulously!! I definitely will be back. Thanks ladies!

I needed a gel manicure and pedicure in 30 minutes because I was running late to a celebration. This salon understood my needs and urgency and had two nail technicians get the job done so that I could make the event on time! They did an excellent job and have now gained a repeat customer !

I won't be going to this nail SHOP any more. Rude and entitled techs and the work is sub-par. After Julie and Queenie left, I knew the service would go down hill.

They're inexperienced. Dont go here itss trash she dont know what acrilyic is lmfao and three diff ppl had to do my nails poor job "beauty nail salon" couldnt even make my pretty colors nail straight and all decent coming here for the first time

A little over priced.. French manicure full set short/ squared + regular pedicure & lip wax came to $96. Also less than a week later one of my nails came clean off when I was scratching my head lol. I’m going back to get it out on today. Hopefully they don’t charge me up. I also wasn’t impressed with the thickness/bulkiness of the nail.Services: Pedicure

Was torn between 2 different colors and the woman wouldn't test them on my nails. She just sat there staring at me until I made a decision. When I finally selected a color it looked terrible. Fast forward, I was in today with a different woman did my nails and put at least 3-4 coats of color on each nail, which more gel on the nail causes them to peel faster.Terrible service and techs that clearly don't know what they are doing. The lady in the second row on the right side needs to be retrained.
