“Insurance is never one of those things you enjoy researching and buying. And the last time I did was a few years ago, and it is all due to Christina Przyuski & her amazing team. They are always quick to respond and answer any questions, and being in business development, I ask A LOT of questions, and they do it with such kindness.
It wasn't until someone hit my car that I really appreciated more than just the service I get from the Przyuski team. I have been fortunate to not have had to deal with claims with any insurance company in a very, very long time. So, I opened my app to see what to do & found out I can file the claim right there! So, file through the app I did. It was a piece of cake. Immediately, I received text and email notifications (I did opt in for the messages) as someone from claims quickly called. Next, in mere minutes, the rental car company, followed by the auto repair shop. I was pleasantly shocked by the rapidness of State Farms solution to my problem.
So, I dropped my car at the location and date of my choosing followed by Enterprise dropping off a vehicle right at the body shop all in less than 30 minutes. Upon speaking with the auto repair shop and the car rental agent, I expressed my shock at just how easily the process went for me and I was so happy to have State Farm. Both individuals agreed State Farm, from a business prospective, is the best company to deal with as they are responsive to not only their insured but to their vendors as well. That speaks volumes to me. My car will be done this week (per my daily text updates on the cars status) and I will share photos then. If you work hard to live a stress-free life, then you have to switch, AND STAY, with
Christina Przyuski - State Farm Insurance Agent. It'll be the smartest thing you did all day. And yes, I am a real customer who has NOT been paid to endorse this company. :)”
