I visited AFC Urgent Care this morning. The wait was not long at all...about 4 people ahead of me, but it went quickly. Everyone is very pleasant and professional. It was my 3rd visit, and I had a great experience each time! Nice to have when you're doctor can't fit you in.

I went to AFC after not being able to be seen at another urgent care. Every person there couldn't have been kinder or more professional. They explained everything and had a very quick response time. 3 staples later I am on my way to recovery. I highly recommend them.

Recent visit to AFC was a positive one. Staff was professional and the medical personnel were knowledgeable and willing to spend the time and answer questions. I do think that the office needs a deep clean (floors especially) and some of the furniture in the waiting area needs attention (some of the seats on the chairs are torn or seriously worn).

I arrived Mon 1pm during cold/flu season. Check-in from your phone is easy and the reception staff was very friendly & offered an honest wait time. I asked to spend some of the wait in my car and they were accommodating. 1 hr 15 to get called back (8 people ahead of me). The practitioner listened to my concerns, asked a lot questions, and was very attentive/ focused on getting me feeling better. I opted for an xray so the visit took longer than I expected - all in all I was there 2 hrs 45 min. Rooms are clean, private, and have a TV to help pass the time. Got two Rx and am already feeling better overnight. It sounds like the xray tech is not avail every day, so call ahead if that’s important to you.

The front desk staff were very professional . The appearance of the office was very clean and organized. A physical was performed with very nice staff. I will totally recommend AFC Urgent care Aston. The signing in with the QR code was fast and easy. I like that it tells you your place in line ( in case you have to step out). Overall it was a fast and easy process!!

The place definitely lived up to its 1K+ 5-star reviews. I'll focus my attention on the front staff, the nurse, and the doctor. From the moment I walked in, Katie and her colleague prov3d personable and professional. They answered questions and the real-time status as to where you are in-line reduces stress. The nurse, Tracy, was absolutely delightful and possesses the perfect blend of both professional bedside manner and humor. Finally, Dr. Cellucci provided an excellent assessment of my situation and relayed practical advice for the next few days.

I called multiple times about a pre op physical and clearance for a cosmetic procedure and every time they were very pleasant and willing to help. I don’t have a PCP and was stressed about getting the clearance. AFC Aston was beyond helpful and the MD was a pleasure to meet. Very welcoming and helpful. I would absolutely visit again if needed. I didn’t wait long at all either.

Very disappointed! I took some friends here for tuberculosis screening. We were quoted and paid $90 for each test. A few months later received bills from a laboratory for around $250 each. We called the AFC office and they told us to ignore the bills. More bills came. Called again. They sent us to their billing department and we were again told to ignore the bills. Now we are receiving letters from collection agencies.... I would happily update this review if we can get this resolved because otherwise the service and attention was good.

This Urgent Care is the best! I walked in and the ladies at the front desk were so nice, I only waited a short time to see the Doctor. They seem to get you in and out very quickly which I appreciate when I’m sick!

I did not have to wait very long and the staff were very pleasant. The doctor told me what was wrong and explained everything that I needed to know. I also had a x-ray done and got the results shortly after.

I came in aching from head to toe, feeling miserable, and with a not good attitude. Everyone was so gentle and kind to me despite my standoffish behavior, they called in a prescription to my pharmacy and explained their plan for me and the lab work it entailed clearly and concisely. They answered all of my questions, and I was out in two hours. Last year they stitched my severed finger allowing me to bypass surgery, and two years before that a very deep cut on my leg. Both healed beautifully, and you can barely see the scar on my hand. I appreciate this place and the employees so much. Five stars

Good experience here. No problems. Everyone was nice, efficient & was out by ½ hour or so. This was the 4th place I went to after trying 3 other "urgent cares" that same morning. Very professional. If I am in need, I will come here again & not even bother with the others.
