The heat in this location is one of the strongest yoga studios in the city. Instructors varies depends on the time of the day/week , so are their experiences in Yoga. There are bathrooms and showers that people can use in the classrooms and gears for sale at the entrance. Highly recommended.

Been to three classes so far and I am blown away at the teachers and the space is so hot and sweaty with an aroma of eucalyptus. They have a $30 30 day new student deal which allows you to go to all the locations. So good!

I love how dark it is in the room and the nice relaxing vibes. Really helps me relax a lot better than those bright studios. Give me all the calm vibes, that’s why we go to yoga!

If you are looking for place to practice yoga- search no more! You found it! This has been My home studio for years. I love the people, I love the atmosphere in every studio (Dominique has 5 studios in and around Pittsburgh area), I love how every class is different. The teachers here nurture not only the physical you but also your spirit. The yoga retreat in Mexico is always an amazing experience. If you are looking to find a yoga family then anchor down here because I promise you - you won’t regret it. Namaste!

Beautiful studios, fabulous instructors. Yoga has been healing for me as 1 year ago today, I broke my ankle. A severe break which left me non weight bearing for 8 weeks and with 2 plates and 17 screws! Yoga has been so beneficial in my healing, building back my strength, flexibility, and balance. Thank you to all the instructors. Come out and be a part of this community. Healing for mind, body, and spirit!

Only studio I’ve been to out of philly, sf, and boston where literally every teacher has what I find as the perfect balance of emphasis between athleticism and mindfulness or structuring around the class around the fact that they are not mutually exclusive. Recognizing that its easier to be mindful when you’re not challenging yourself physically and to find that harmony. I had gone to PT for a hip injury for months then went to one beginners class here and the hip pain subsided for a month. Yoga as a whole also seriously helps me cope with anxiety, but I’ve always found Yoga Flow’s practice to be most consistently helpful for this. Particular favorite teachers would be brittani, jesse, tisha, and montana.

I've been to several classes at the Aspinwall and Shadyside locations, and so far so good! The space is clean and the instructors I've had are friendly and teach creative flows, even if it's not your typical vinyasa flow and there's more talking/storytelling than I'm used to. One thing that I wish is that instructors would check in explicitly with yogis before making adjustments. A lot of times I do not wish to be touched, and often times the adjustments that are made are more than my body is capable of for that day (e.g. bending deeper into a fold). Only one instructor so far has asked me if an adjustment was okay, but only after she moved my leg without asking me first. I've practiced yoga a long time and I know my own body well, and I think that conversations about adjustments and consent are especially important.
