Called to get a quote from Superior Detailing and was completely taken aback on how rude the guy who answered the phone was. I had questions about pricing since the website was not clear between base packages and add on packages. When I called, I was told he is booked out at least a month. I said that was no problem since I wasn’t in a rush but had questions on pricing. My questions were completely brushed off and the answered I did receive were were in a short, condescending tone and did not even answer the questions I had. Not sure if he treats all women like this, but was pretty surprised on the unnecessary level of rudeness.

I took my car there yesterday for their medium cleaning package ($84.99) and I’m sad to say that I’m disappointed - the detail job was mediocre at best; I have done a better job cleaning my car on my own at home. Wax was sprayed on but not totally wiped off, I had to do that myself after I got home and they missed cleaning dirt from the interior and exterior- a noticeable amount. Two staff people were less than courteous to me on the phone and made me feel like I was imposing. The service does not match the price.

For getting the top tier cleaning service I was left disappointed in the cleanliness of my truck. The seats were not vacuumed, the rear cab was not even vacuumed and my interior was still left with dust all over. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
