Absolutely love this consignment shop! The merchandise is nicely curated, with larger sizes available too, and I've gotten quite a few quality pieces here that have become favorites in my wardrobe. After shopping a few months, I decided to try my hand at consignment and the staff was super helpful in explaining their contract and what type of items they are looking for. Highly recommend anytime of the year, since they keep the inventory moving on the floor every 2-3 months

I have been so patient with this consignment store. I requested a payout back in January. I was told payouts are made quarterly. That puts us to April. Well, I finally received a PARTIAL payout in June. When I asked for the balance, I was told I would have to wait until August. This company is a total ripoff. They sold my designer pieces and are withholding monies. Absolutely shameful and very poor business!! I will never consign my items there ever again!!
I appreciate the response from the owner. So sad she couldn’t do that back in January. I own 3 businesses and would NEVER ignore my customers. I in no way, shape or form was mean to her employee as she states (lies). As far as your hardship with 28 being closed, that should NEVER be taken out on your customers. I survived through Covid and never hurt my customers. Thank you and all the best to you.

Consignor BEWARE! I took several items to Nouveau and paid them $25 to return the items to me that did not sell. While checking my inventory in a program provided by Nouveau, I found that they donated an item after I paid them $25 to not donate. I phoned them and they said they changed their policy and they were sorry I wasn't notified. In Dec. 2023 I phoned to get a check for the items that were sold. I was told I would be put on a list and it would take 6 weeks to get a check but to call back in Jan. 2024. I stopped at the store 4 weeks after my call and was told there was not a check for me and the clerk would talk with the owner. The clerk did call me the next day to tell me that I probably would not receive a check until February and to contact them in February 2024. So I am without a check owed to me for the sale of my clothes. I'm very disappointed with their responsibility to the consignor.

I’ve always went in and out of the little shop because I work so close and I get my hair done close there and I have always been greeted so nicely with smiles and the little shop is so cute. I walked in last week and found the dream coat the vintage dream coat of my life LOL and they’re just so amazing. I cannot wait to share more stories with them. I am mediately reached out to my specialist in New York and sent her the pictures to verify the authenticity of the jacket And I must say very rare pieces in there and everything is real a small little gem that I just love, thank you so much for my Christmas gift. I found a very very vintage Christian Dior, Jackie Kennedy style pea coat.

I always find something here! It may be a trendy piece, a classic piece, a unique piece or just simply a bargain piece. Neat place to shop, look around or bring your own clothes to consign.

From the second you walk into the door, you know you will be back. The girls are so pleasant and accommodating and they help you with all your fashion questions! The merchandise is clean; priced right; displayed gorgeously and in style.

I was very excited to enlist this consignment store to sell some of my new and gently used clothing. The store is in a great location so I had high hopes. When I took my clothes in Wendy sorted through my stuff and returned 2 things to me, kept the rest and advised I would receive an email account notifier listing my items and what they would sell at. When I logged into my account there were only 4 items listed which did not include everything that I had brought in. I tried multiple attempts to get anyone there to explain to me where my other items were, some of which still had tags on them. To no avail, even after a personal visit to at least get the money from items that had sold. Shame on me for not making a full list of what I left..and for this business for not providing some sort of detailed list of what they were keeping at the time of drop off.

Needed a gown for formal wedding, found this place online and called before making the trip there. Owner answered and assured me there were options in my size (and there were). I was deciding between two, the one I loved needed alterations. Owner called her seamstress contact to verify they could handle before the wedding. Within a week all was done. That personal attention from the owner made all the difference. Bonus was a gorgeous purse that looked way out of my price range but it was on clearance - oh happy day!
