While visiting Pittsburgh i had a flat tire. Contacted Gene Finks. They were very busy but worked me into the schedule. Fixed the tire in 1 hour and i was on my way further East. Great service. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I would give zero... I took my car, the head guy there, Boss, put in alternator , twice cause the first time didn't work. He put in new one, I had to take it back & he put in refurbished one after that (like he says he always do)
Okay here's the kicker, charging me $700 dollars for all this nonsense, & I just needed a battery .
So I still had to buy a battery .
How are these guys Open ?! & I hope they close down. Pathetic

My vehicles run great on this gas! It is the only full service gas station in the entire area and the guys are very friendly. They also work on vehicles but I have not had this service done yet.

Seriously one of THE BEST customer service experiences we have ever had. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We are from Michigan and blew a tire, they had us in and out withing 30 minutes. I cannot recommend this local business enough. If you live in the area you should be using them for the services they offer. Thank you for the wonderful service and experience!

Recently had a breakdown with dead battery in Aspinwall. Contacted AAA, they wouldn't have anyone available for 2 hours. Contacted Gene Finks Tire, they responded within 25 minutes, jumped the vehicle, and serviced it at their location within 20 minutes. Great personnel to deal with , appreciate their efforts and concern. Thank you.

I came in this morning at 7:30 for a slow leak in a tire, with no appointment. It was fixed in no time and I was at work before 8:30. Everyone in the shop was extremely friendly and extraordinarily helpful. I fully recommend their services! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I have mixed experience here so far, though generally positive.1. They told me that tires should be changed. I brought the car to another tire shop, and person there told me they didn't need to be changed yet. Interesting.2. When stopped by them for a flat-tire which ended up not repairable, they gave me an old tire for free as an tentative one so that I could drive to a tire shop where I got the tire. Awesome!!3. My car showed Traction warning signal, and I brought to a maintenance shop. They found weird green fluid was in brake fluid tank, and suspected it was somehow added when engine oil was changed last time. The shop I got the oil changed last time was Gene's. Please note I am not sure whether they did it or not.
