Wandered in here one day while in the neighborhood. The Good:- Lovely selection of hard to find, independent brands- Amazing chocolate selection that is reasonably priced for the quality- Spotless store with lots of staffThe Bad:- Lots of employees, but nobody made eye contact or said hello. I don't expect a fake greeting or to be babysat, but the employees were so distant that it almost felt like I was intruding- Some items are overpriced, and everything runs the higher end of the cost spectrum. Would be nice to see a few more reasonably priced items. Not knocking the store's target market, but a few small items in a lower price range would feel more welcomingThe Ugly:I purchased two candy bars for my partner's birthday. I picked them out without help, without so much as a greeting. I brought those candy bars to the counter myself. I used my card, so I paid all by myself. I didn't take a bag and carried them in my hand. All the cashier did was scan the two small chocolate bars. When the register asked for a tip, I hit "no tip".The cashier had been smiling and speaking to me, but as soon as they saw "no tip", they rolled their eyes and walked away, cutting off our conversation and letting me walk out in silence, feeling awkward. As someone who worked in food and beverage, it's intensely frustrating to see people receiving a full hourly wage get so obviously upset over not receiving a tip. I never would have dreamed of acting that way when I lived on tips, and I never would have tolerated it from my staff, even though they lived on tips. It's very off-putting to feel that pressure to pay extra for someone to scan two items. It honestly ruined what was a lovely exploration of a new place.

I’ve never heard of this place I never knew about it and now I regret not having that knowledge. I was at my doctors office and they referred me to this place for lunch and I can tell you that they were dead on. It is amazing. I look forward to my next trip here And I will be trying to come more often than just with my doctors appointment. I don’t live anywhere close, but good food is always worth the trip.

Great, cozy little neighborhood market- cafe with great sandwiches, prepared foods, catering, and many gourmet food products. Oh, did I mention a great rotating eclectic wine selection of interesting wine choices you won't find at PLCB stores? Also, frequent wine tastings with wine experts to help explain the wines you're tasting. Best kept secret in the Fox Chapel area.

The employees are wonderful. I'm not to sure about the menu, which is more suited for a healthier person. My co-workers enjoyed the food. What we didn't understand about the food, why was the beef cold and the vegetables were hot???

Feast on Brilliant has a great selection of both homemade dishes (really good!) and hard-to-find specialty items.

Walked in and was not greeted by anyone. Waited to speak to the lady at the counter for 20 minutes while no one told us where to actually order at. Waited more looking like idiots while the workers just looked at us while helping others that were there long after we were and still was not greeted or told when they would help us. Horrible customer service skills by everyone in the establishment, along with annoyed looks by all the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!!

Absolutely loved this place. Stopped in for a quick bite and was impressed by the menu options and just the overall ambiance. My husband enjoyed the pulled pork and I had the heavenly ham. The service was nice as well, very friendly staff. Will definitely return again!

Always a rare treat!! When in town, my wife and I make the trek down to Feast on Brilliant!! This is a really neat little specialty grocery/sandwich shop conveniently located in the center of Aspinwall. The staff is very friendly and helpful and. . the food is delicious. It really hits the spot and you'll start planning your next visit for another delicious sandwich. Special call out for all the unique and delicious sides as well as grocery items. Recently, they have added a sit down area for dining on site. The owner is Patty and she and her staff make everyone feel at home. This is a must visit while in town.

Delicious sandwiches. Every ingredient is fresh and has lots of flavor; you can taste each item on the sandwich in each bite. Tomatoes on the sandwiches taste like they’re from your own garden but better. Sandwiches are satisfying and substantial, yet also light. I split a chicken club and a beef stampede with a friend and both sandwiches are highly recommended. Enjoy!
