My son was married here this past weekend, (4/08/2023) and the bride's family rented this venue, so I'm not certain of the rates. The venue was in very decent condition and easily accommodated approximately 75, there was room for more. The large kitchen is great. There is an indoor bar area as well as many coolers. The outdoor area has adequate space for parking quite a few vehicles. It's within easy reach from I-81. The outside pavilion is spacious and comfortable as we did an outdoor wedding. The facilities were clean and well maintained.Only complaint is that when I arrived the pavilion wasn't swept out as you can see in 2 of the photos. I as the officiant helped by finding a broom and sweeping out the entire thing (in a 3 piece suit) so we could set up the area for a wedding...Otherwise, have your party also prepared to do a bit of setting up and cleaning up. Not sure if "full service" is provided... that probably would be up to what's contracted?!? Again, I did not book it, just saying.

I just want to say that not only is this venue such a perfect spot for an event but the person I worked with Rick, was amazing! Also the price is great! He was very nice, answered any and all questions, was willing to work with my schedule and had many things to offer at the venue. Unfortunately I was not able to actually use the venue due to a family emergency. I was maybe 3 days past the 60 days refund policy and Rick gave me no issues what so ever. He was very nice and apologetic with my situation and I received my money back within the next week. I look forward to booking with this venue for any of my future events!

A MOST remarkable venue. Has everything you would need for an indoor party or picnic. The spacious room/dining area was immaculate and stocked for all your needs. The pavilion was perfectly set nearby the main dining area

My niece used this place for a graduation party, and it was a really nice place. Very clean, good sized for several dozen people. There is an outside covered area and space, outside activities and ongrounds parking.

They host my daughter's cheer events bonfires and award ceremonies banquet...it's clean the folks are friendly and we always have a good time when we are there....

The only thing that I would say they need there is an outdoor bathroom. You can actually rent a trailer that has two bathrooms in it and they're actually really nice they have running saints running water hot water it's nothing like a job Johnny. All you have to do is run power to it and hook it up with a hose . And you can rent them for the season they come like on a trailer about 20 ft long and they are handicap accessible and that would pretty much make everything great that you didn't have to keep walking in and out to use the restroom. Otherwise the place is great
