Making an appointment is easy. They are very respectful and courteous. Explains everything to you and the cost is extremely reasonable. You are treated with respect and that is something you don't find in a chain garage.

Honest and friendly people. They were very nice and listened to the minor issue on my car. Fixed it within no time. The mechanic was very nice and I can understand why they are very highly rated in google. If you are in Ashland, do check them out for auto repair, oil change and other work as they have one of the best service with relatively very low prices.
