“I enjoy this Plaza because of the variety in retailers. I wish they had a Target, but until then, I enjoy what they do have. My favorite places to go are Ross, Giant Eagle, Marshall's, 5 below, and Bath and Body Works. There's also a couple of decent shoe stores, and a plethora of good eateries to choose from.”

“Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about by only giving 1 star. This bank is the best one I've ever dealt with. The big banks treat you like a number. This one actually cares about you as a customer. The 2 tellers Lisa and Holly are always friendly and pleasant and the manager Chuck always takes time to stop and say hi and is willing to make time to talk if you have any questions. Definitely consider Farmers if your looking for a new bank.”
“As far as the people in side. They were polite and informative. My directions as far as how to get there to the shopping plaza or mall. The turn to get to the credit wasn't quite as good as getting to the area. And on certain areas to turn . Weren't quite precise. A few times I mad a wrong turn and took longer getting home”

“This is my home bank and I use it for work and personal. Staff is wonderful. The thing that I get frustrated with is not related to this bank but are related to PNC policies in general so know that there's nothing they can do about it. I like walking up to the teller and seeing people in person.I don't want to be pushed towards technology or making deposits in a slot. Let me visit with someone and wait in line if I want to. I've noticed if a line gets long for tellers, a banker often jumps in to help which is great. Business bankers do a great job. I've done wire transfers several times, opened accounts and had questions ... they are always knowledgeable and help. Thank you!”

I'm also so happy to be able to actually speak to the branch employees directly on the telephone instead of being treated like dirt and wasting huge amounts of my time dealing with awful call centers, like, for example Citizen's Bank's.The corporation and it's upper management team, I'm not so happy with. I advise accountholders tp go to this branch instead of trying to get help through the absolutely awful online banking website, which won't even accept my login info much of the time, and is hopelessly obtuse and riddled with Corporatespeak Crapola gibberish and jargon, and often doesn't work.Good job, Everybody at the branch!P.S.: The photo posted in this listing 9-2023 is absolutely wrong, and doesn't show this branch at all. The good news: You can park right behind the branch or at a parking meter which only costs a quarter.”
“Having the ability to visit the bank without leaving work is a big plus for me. The hours for this branch are the typical banking hours you would expect. The staff inside are always courteous and help you with whatever you need in a few minutes. They offer the typical services you would expect from a bank. Checking and savings accounts, loans, mortgages, etc. Rates are pretty good. Best thing about this is if you are an employee you can have your paycheck direct deposited, or if you have a loan you can have direct debit set up to pay for your loan straight out of your paycheck. They have two ATM locations in the building as well. One is located in the main lobby by the entrance from the parking garage and the other is located in the cafeteria by the vending machines. Just a little tip, they may not always be working right now, but they are about to upgrade and get new machines shortly.”
“Thank you Shayla and Shae!! The employees at this branch (New Kensington - Feldarelli Square) are the best bank employees I’ve ever dealt with. They were kind, helpful, and patient when I was in with my disabled mother handling a fraud dispute. It was a stressful and emotional situation but they made the experience so much better.”
