Love the bowling alley, but hate that it’s not suitable for the disabled. There’s no ramp or elevator making it hard to get up the spiral staircase. That’s too many steps for anyone with a medical disability that has balance, breathing, or walking issues.

We had my daughter's birthday party at Wynnewood and couldn't have left happier. The Staff were great and it couldn't have gone more smoothly.
I highly recommend. Great family venue.

The staff is friendly it’s severely overcrowded. The food was decent a bit on the pricey side, but overall not too bad.

Arrived at 10 but our party wasn't here . We waited and went in at about 10:38 we asked what time was the last lane , he told us about 25 min ago. I inquired asking him why, If you close at 11:30? He said we've been slow so I got permission to close early . I asked if we could just get one game we had more then a party of 8 to me that's business. Maybe it wasn't so much that he told us we couldn't bowl but his attitude in explaining it. Very short, arrogant and rude. I said you don't have to be hostile . He said you asked me a question I'm answering , I got permission to close so we're closing .

I visited this location on 1/14/2024 and when I walked in; the staff of obviously young kids who don’t care about any type of customer services were blatantly eating platters of Chinese food on the middle counter as I was trying to pay for my lane. Later on in the middle of the game I paid for; I went to purchase food at the stand there and asked if they took Apple Pay and I was told they’re cash only. But I paid Apple Pay when I came in. As i’m walking away the employees ask each other “What did she ask you” as if I’m not right there. I’ll never return here; the level of unprofessionalism is unreal.
