“Wanted to updated my Review: I've been shopping Exclusively Here for my mother for about 2 years now. I'm bad with time so don't quote me. Just say "long time" lol. Tried other shops and they weren't reliable and honest about there products. Primal has been upfront about the good and the bad with the Cig-Vap Transition for my mom and education for me. Taught me about the lovely world of Pipes. Imo, this is more important than little hassles or low stocks. I can't thank everyone over the years at Primal for the past service and continued.”

Taylor helped me get my marble set up for my quave club charmer & I liked it so much I came back the next day because I forgot to pick up the dab rite pro! I appreciated the quick help and he even reminded me I needed the dunk bin for the charmer! It’s nice being only ten minutes from a reliable glass shop! Tons of American glass and the lay out is really nice and spacious too.”
“Without a doubt the only vape store I will go to. Prices and variety of disposables are far better than the area, and are always in stock. There are great people working behind the counter, who are happy to answer questions and make suggestions. If I had to think about where to improve, I guess I would say a wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man out front would be welcome. A bouncy castle maybe? I'll honestly take a child sized trampoline with some reinforced springs. Either way, I shop here often.”

“THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!I live in upstate NY and unfortunately I have someone in a recovery facility about 10 miles away from this Shoppe. I needed to somehow get some vapes to my loved one as they’re no longer allowed to be shipped via any source. I called and without hesitation was assured by an incredible man named Setty who said that he would help me and also deliver it to the facility immediately. “They come through super clutch every time I've ever used them. I recently started using puffco products, and my atomizer broke. I knew they sold puffco rigs, but did not think they had all the accessories you need as well, and they were fully stocked!! I thought for sure it would have been more money to buy the puffco there than ordering online, but I highly regret not using them as they offer the same price as puffco and stand by their products! As a local, this is hugee!! Instead of waiting until the wknd to use my peak again, it's back in action better than ever with a new atomizer and dish at the best price possible. They have a wide selection of all e rigs and lots of other cool stuff! Best in the Roxborough/ manayunk area! They opened it and said that one of the cables were loose. And they tighten it up. I asked them how much they said. It's ok. And that they did not do much. Very respectful.”
