Have had numerous pleasant passport experiences at this post office. Very friendly and helpful staff.

After reading all the reviews, I was very nervous that our passport appointment wouldn’t happen. But the opposite is true. We arrived a few minutes early and were out in less than 15 minutes. Winnie was so helpful!

I didn't realize how impossible it was to call and talk to someone who works here. Not user friendly at all when I want to ask a simple question to a person who works there

I get this message in text and I call USPS only to get a million prompts. I’m unable to verify this Package…then I google my Local Post Office only to see every USPS location has the same Number. It’s a shame how we’re formed into respecting an individual that’s obviously overpaid and lazy. To think we used to be able to communicate with someone that cared over these kinds of issues to today…if you can even talk to someone. Diabolical.

Mailed a small package three weeks ago to Florida. Three weeks later, it’s still circulating in New York and tracking hasn’t been updated in three days. Don’t use this post office.

Totally incompetent, ghetto and rude Saturday crew….was made to wait 15 minutes for a woman to help me with my large package…she was apparently in the bathroom, but was told she could help. The woman at the counter was incapable of shipping larger packages, allegedly.
Woman comes from the bathroom and says” oh no i can’t ship that, that’s too big” I asked why and she said they don’t take anything over 108” inches. I informed her that my package only measured 61” inches by 10” inches….even combined I’m nowhere close to 108” inches.
She then tells me she can “look at it and tell its too big” then tells me “ its too awkward and can’t fit on the scales they have” Really? Proceeds to tell me “ i need to take it to UPS”
How do these people even get hired…or keep the job? I was turned away with my package and small children into the pouring rain, unnecessarily!
Not sure whats going on there but the rudeness and incompetence is astounding!…especially with other shipping options available. Wouldn’t recommend this branch! USPS should be embarrassed that this is their representation. Pulling from the bottom of the barrel is an understatement!

Until when will the poor citizen be poor, why is there no body that protects or why is there no place to complain, the website lists hours that you can come to get a passport done without waiting in line, no one bothers to update these hours, so you drive for half an hour and at the end there is a clerk standing there who points to a sign hanging on the counter that the hours are different from what is written on the website, you try to explain to her that it is not what is written on the website, but it seems to you that she is interested, no, she is not really interested, what does she care that you drove half an hour for nothing

This post office is large and they offer passport services. I did not use it this time, but I do remember (when I did use it) that it was pretty chaotic.NOTE PASSPORT HOURS SIGN:Mon-Fri 1 am - x pmSaturday 10 am - x PMWhat is that? lol. See my photo. As far as the window, I only go in during "off times" and the wait us never really an issue. They have tables to be able to close your packages and prepare your documents. They sell cards and have plenty of supplies. There is limited free parking in front, but the side street next to it has lots of meters. Only an issue if there is an event at the church. I send a lot of letters internationally and I like to put different stamps on the envelopes. They don't always have the best selection. I sometimes order stamps on line.

Just when you think one post office branch rates “0” stars, Ardmore post office is in the NEGATIVE integer range! I came for my son to apply for his 3rd passport at age 14, these team members rejected my son’s birth certificate because my wife’s name was misspelled by one letter, this is the same USPS that processed his application, not once, but twice! They are not only unprofessional but thin skinned. Customer service? Ha! That’s an after thought here! Another reason the entire USPS is top heavy with administrators and managers who are far removed from the customer’s standpoint! Customer service and satisfaction doesn’t live at Ardmore Post Office!

Horrible experience. Avoid going here at all costs. They lied to me about the passport services which cost me an extra $30 and several hours. The lady was rude, ignorant and couldn't give me a straight answer about the process. It was almost like she had no training other than to dismiss customers.
