Me and my boyfriend just left and was uncomfortable the whole time. The white man manager was STARING at us the whole time and looked like he never talked to black people before. He was just standing on the stairs while we looked at clothes. BLACK PEOPLE HAVE MONEY TOO !! Obviously he needs diverse training and more black people in his life. Thanks for making us very uncomfortable.

Nice large store with 2 stories and an elevator, if needed. There were a lot of people on staff (10+) but it was pretty much all self serve. No one to ask a question or get another size. And they weren’t helping others. They were just “busy”. Main issue with this is the women’s clothing is downstairs and the fitting rooms are upstairs so if you want another size you have to get all dressed, go down the stairs, find the item, go back upstairs and try it on. We probably would have bought twice as much if we didn’t spend half our time going up and down. This is a design flaw by the interior designers. But the staff could try to be helpful and help in the fitting room.

Customer service was warm welcoming and super helpful. The african american gentleman with the locs and glasses was really dope! Very helpful and a good conversationalist! He had great vibes all the way around.
