Stephanie is fantastic and truly the best in class you can choose to work with. She was incredibly organized, informative ,informed, communicative, and hard working every step of the way. She went above and beyond helping us get to know the area as we were coming from another state, doing extra things like finding babysitters for us when we were in town to do visits , and making spreadsheets capturing local recommendations for things like doctors and playgrounds. she is very well connected and has an amazing roster od partners for anything you might need on your buying and selling journey. She was a pleasure to work with - kind, funny, smart, patient, and crystal clear! she found the perfect house for us on a short time frame in a highly competitive market. cant recommend her enough.

Stephanie was referred to Laurel and I by another very satisfied customer and friend, and she absolutely outperformed in her role. Steph was able to find us a house off-market, in a very difficult period in which inventory was miniscule. Additionally, as we were relocating from the other side of the country, we didn’t make things any easier on her. We would have to fly in, see 10-15 houses, and fly back out. After a few tries though, Steph found us the perfect house.
Having grown up in the Philly area, her in-depth knowledge of the Philadelphia real estate market is obvious. Combine that with her clear explanation of the entire home buying process from start-to-finish, Steph helped us navigate a competitive market, leveraging her network and extensive relationships to find us a house we loved.

Simply put Steph is amazing! I moved across the country and a lot of my buying process was done remotely. I visited for a few days to look at properties and Steph planned our whole house hunting based on my needs/wants. After leaving Steph was there with me every step of the way and kept me up to date with everything g that needed to be done. If you're looking for a realtor to buy OR sell in the Philadelphia area, don't go to anyone other than Stephanie Ellis. I was lucky to get put in touch with Steph through my network, and I couldn't be happier. Steph is well-networked and well-versed in real estate professionalism. She calls things as she sees them so you're not wasting your time. She's fast and efficient, organized and educational. We only got to work with Steph for a short time because she found us an amazing deal on a beautiful home in the PA suburbs in less than 6 weeks. While that won't be everyone's experience - she made it happen for us! Run, don't walk, to work with her. We'll now be selling our other place through her given our great experience.
