Although I did not get a dress at Sabrina Ann’s, I had such a great experience. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and my consultant, Kim, was SO helpful. Kim made the experience so stress free and I came out with a better idea of what I am looking for! The shop is a laid back and comfortable environment and I would definitely recommend checking it out.

I had suffered from dress regret from a previous purchase at another shop (apparently it’s common) and needed to find a new dress ASAP. First dress I tried on, was the one!
I can also sell my original dress which is awesome.

I recently had a wedding on September 27th and used one of Sabrina Ann’s consultants as our day of wedding planner. Alyssa was amazing and helped us with so much. Our day ran so smoothly because of her! Alyssa was also who I bought my dress from at the West Chester shop. We love you Alyssa and thank you again!!! :)

Jenna Rose was fantastic in helping us find a wedding dress. She is a positive ball of sunshine and would brighten anyone’s day. Sabrina Ann has a really great selection of gowns and veils, and they are fairly priced. Very happy with our experience.

I have taken a long time to post a review for this place because it was such a negative experience and I wanted to collect my thoughts and calm down before I posted a review. This was my first dress shopping experience and when I say this place was a nightmare for me, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I have since found a dress at an amazing store (Kimberly James Bridal in chestnut hill) but I feel that other brides should be prepared before coming to this store.
My consultant repeatedly put me in A-line dresses after I specifically asked for a different shape. When I would state something I didn’t like about the dress, she would just put a tacky belt on it or say I could always pay to have the issue altered. I stated one of the dresses made me look broad and her response was “well, you are broad!”
I am petite and no where near broad, but she did give me a new body dysmorphia issue!
I cried during the consultation because I look horrible in A line and it was the only fit she was showing me! When I got the nerves to tell the consultant that I felt that she was not listening to my requests, the shop owner came out and in a defensive fashion stated “you’ve tried on everything we have, I’ve been listening the whole time. The reason she keeps putting you in A line is because we don’t have what you are looking for.” I then ended the consultation early. Frustrated that no one listened to me and my requests, still tried to make a sale by putting on a tacky belt after I complained about the shape, commented on my body in a negative fashion, and at the end of it all never had what I was looking for in the first place. This place is not professional and left such a bad taste in my mouth. I can’t express enough how poorly the consultant and shop owner were.
I had a completely opposite experience at the very next shop I went to. I went to Kimberly James Bridal in chestnut hill and worked with Elise. They had a wide selection, great prices, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Brides! Avoid Sabrina Ann if wedding dress shopping is a stressor for you. They may make you leave feeling worse than you did before you stepped into the shop.

Jenna Rose and the SA team are amazing. I had visited the store multiple times and even though I did not find my wedding dress here, Jenna Rose went above and beyond to find the perfect style that I was looking for within my budget. I highly recommend booking an appointment here. I truly had an amazing experience!

The staff at Sabrina Ann was amazing with finding the right size for me as well as fitting my dress properly so I could get a good look at what it could look like after alterations. The staff were amazing with listening to what I wanted and picking out dresses accordingly.

I had a wonderful experience at Sabrina Ann's. Jennarose helped me find the dress of my dreams! She was very considerate of my preferences and budget. She encouraged me to try on different styles of dresses (which helped me find my dream dress). I even won a free veil. I recommend Sabrina Ann's to anyone looking for a wedding dress :)

I had the BEST experience picking out my wedding dress at Sabrina Ann's! My consultant Jennarose made me and my group feel so welcome and comfortable and it was the exact experience I've always dreamed of having when wedding dress shopping. I can't recommend this shop enough and if I could give 10 stars I would!

I had the best experience at Sabrina Ann. I originally tried on dresses at the West Chester location and was referred to the Ardmore location, as they had a bigger selection. My appointment in Ardmore was so fun, relaxing and zero pressure. Sabrina was my consultant and I appreciated so much how she could immediately tell what I liked and didn’t like, but also pulled dresses of different styles just to make sure I was going in the right direction. I tried on 20+ dresses and even once we were past my appointment time, she told me we could keep going as long as I needed. I narrowed it down to 2 and either choice would have been perfect, but I love the dress I decided on. My wedding isn’t until fall 2025 but I knew I was going to purchase from Sabrina Ann. If you want a chill but fun environment with no stress, staff with tons of knowledge and gorgeous dresses at wonderful prices, this is your place!
