I'm guessing parking can be a problem at certain times of the day, but otherwise a nice club with some newer equipment and amenities. I got a good workout done in a clean and safe environment; that's what was important to me

I was out for a while due to personal reasons. When I went back to Planet Fitness Monday August 19th around 2:00pm. I forgot my water bottle and was very thirsty, so I went to go get an energy drink, as I was standing there for a minute to decide what flavor I wanted. I then walked to the desk to pay for it. The short lady with brown straight hair told me their system was down and that I cannot pay for it. She had the most unhappiest face that I’ve ever seen in a customer service type job. It made me feel very uncomfortable as I asked when do you think your system will be up? She could have said something before I came to her desk to pay for it, she was right there looking at me trying to decide what flavor I wanted. Her face and how she was talking to me was like she hated working there. I asked about the nice guy that used to be there. She said he is in a meeting. She should be in a meeting with her attitude that she is displaying at the Planet fitness. Whoever hire her I questioned their professionalism.

Would rate higher but the kids that treat this place like it’s a teenage daycare bring the rating down.
Highly recommend you think carefully about when you come here or else you’ll be inundated with children acting immaturely.

Good club, but BAD management!
I came today at the evening from 5-7pm and the club was very dirty! Empty paper boxes, dirty mirrors, dirty hand washing zone. I asked the manager to refill the paper box, but she did it in 20 minutes. ASSISTED CHIN DIP MACHINE has already been broken for 2 weeks! I asked the manager why it’s broken and what’s the problem with it, she replied that she has no clue and it has been broken for two weeks bcs they have only one maintenance and it’s usually takes so long.

I know that you can’t beat $10 a month . But I feel that now this gym has become a Daycare instead. Everyday I come in and see a large group of 13 -16 years old kids fooling around with the machines not letting people that REALLY wants to work out . I had to leave the gym today because how aggravating it was , I thought PF had an age limit !!

One of the receptionists is always being very rude to customers unlike others who are very friendly and positive. A little smile never hurt nobody.
That girl is not welcoming to us.
Always asking me to scan a guest pass even though I go there every day, apart from my husband who scans his black card.
She would always try to make all the visits as unpleasant and complicated as possible!
Once my husband let me use the chair instead of him because I was having a bad pain in my back and she just turned it down immediately when she saw I was using it.
Well, are we forgetting about humanity?
Then she would not turn the massage chair back for my husband even though he is a black card member just because she prefers to neglect the customers and to be rude.
I have been to many planet fitness clubs around states and that has never happened.
Thank you, Malanta for being so welcoming!
We will look for another fitness center to join.

No issues. I do want to say that the person who commented on Fox News not being on the TV is wrong.. watched yesterday next to another network.
(Matter of fact the majority of the TV's had nothing but fox and some other news networks)
Also I think you can change the channel yourself.
I know I go to the gym to get in a good workout, forget the troubles of the world, decompress and let go. That person is uptight and honestly there's entirely too much news on these days. Put some good positive music in your ears. Kinda wish they didn't have TVs at all or just music videos. I will say one last thing, reception isn't always good for a variety of reasons, I noticed much interference with a few channels that were on.. it happens.

Good value for a basic gym. Canceling because of lack of customer service with a billing issue. Keep in mind you need to physically go to your home club to cancel so make sure you do this before moving.

Nice friendly clean environment with organized equipment. There was no waiting around to use equipment and all equipment is update.
