I recently had the pleasure of leasing a vehicle from Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore, and I can confidently say it was the best car leasing experience I've ever had. Kayla, our sales representative, was incredible—honest, transparent, and truly dedicated to helping us find the perfect vehicle. She made sure we understood every option available and never once pressured us into making a quick decision.
Tara, the finance manager, was equally impressive. She walked us through all the financial details with clarity and ensured there were no hidden fees or surprises. Her transparency and professionalism made us feel confident in our decision. She even went above and beyond to provide books for our toddler to keep him occupied!
Rocco, the sales manager, and Paul the General sales manager was also a key part of the experience. They made sure everything went smoothly and that we were completely satisfied with everything.

I have a 2019 VW Tiguan that abruptly shut off about a block from the dealership (thank God!). After I got it off the road and realized it may have been a battery issue, I got it jumped and went right over. Although I hadn’t made a service appointment due to the nature of the issue, I was swiftly assisted and fit into the schedule. They replaced my battery and my starter (which was the true culprit) and had me out by end of business day. They were very communicative about the repairs and timing and even assisted with financing options for the sudden repair costs. THANKS AGAIN!! You guys saved me! I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance needs.

If you can earn 0 stars that is what they deserve. Steer clear. Sold a car from their ‘loaner fleet’ and when the entire stereo that encompassed every light in the dash and every thing that controlled the vehicle including all audio and backup cam went within 1k miles of the manufacturer warranty there was no concession and no assistance. Instead the GM met my mother and I and made a joke of it. This place sells a bogus scott guard for your seats at the time of sale. Anything they sell you is not in your best interest. Purchase your vehicle and spend your hard earned money - somewhere that has respect for you. This was my third vehicle and I tell everyone never to consider them. Acura and VW. What a joke.

I had a flat tire. Thankfully my car was parked in the lot next door. After talking with one of the guys and telling him what was going on, he directed me to the office where I talked to Sean. Sean was straightforward, he directed my car to Georges and they got the job done in a half hour or less. He also kept me posted on what the exact issue was and recommendations going forward. 5 stars. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting my home Volkswagen dealership, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. I’ve been a customer with Volkswagen for almost 8 years. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt like a valued customer from the valet to the service Rep Scott. I scheduled an appointment and realized I may not be able to afford the services. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel like a priority. Unlike other dealerships, Volkswagen offered to arrange a loaner vehicle for me when I decided on which service I could get done. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference. My Jetta had a few issues. The service writers patiently listened to my observations, diagnosed the issues, and recommended the necessary repairs. They kept me informed through text and calls throughout the process, ensuring transparency. When I dropped off my car, they not only addressed any potential recalls and asked if there were any additional concerns I had. The service took about 2 hrs but after reading through the service documents, I understood why and felt the time passed by fast. They left no stone unturned, ensuring my car was in top shape. The service staff were not only knowledgeable but also passionate about Volkswagens and eased any concerns from the service needs. They genuinely cared about my satisfaction.In summary, my visit to the Volkswagen dealership was exceptional.
