Jazmine S. is great! I especially love how she sings to my son throughout the day. She is attentive, kind, and genuinely engages with him. I also appreciate Jazmine’s prompt arrival. I highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring nanny.

Kacy Maroney covered several weeks of back up care for our 3 year old and she was such a blessing to our family. Kacy was engaged in guiding crafting and painting activities. She kept excellent pacing for my preschooler and cleaned up all activities. She talked with my endlessly talkative child all day. I would definitely hire Kacy again.

10/10 experience. I utilized this agency for back-up child care through my employer and I am so happy to have had their assistance. I had a previous agency that did not provide care that I could trust. But from the initial phone call by the caregiver to the end of the visit, we are taken away with how professional and communicative the caregivers at this agency are, Rachel B. in particular. Rachel put us at ease immediately with her background experience, following of our routine and maintaining our childs safety and well-being. We cannot express enough how caregivers like Rachel, make working-parents feel knowing their child is in great hands. I had a second nanny visit named Phulkumarie and she was just as phenomenal. I make sure to only request this agency for my back up child care needs. I know I am in great hands each and every time. A huge thank you to this agency for putting my wife and I at ease while we meet the demands of our careers.

We worked with Sandra from PNN (via Bright Horizons) for emergency back-up care for our 1yo when our full-time nanny had to take a last minute sick day. She is clearly an experienced nanny with years of childcare experience, and I felt very comfortable having her in my home and caring for our daughter. Our daughter warmed up to her quickly (which is not always the case!) and Sandra handled being in a new environment and taking care of a new child with ease! I would love to work with her again and would feel safe having our daughter in her care.

I recently reserved backup care through the Philadelphia Nanny Network for our baby. I had Ania as our nanny. They were extremely professional - Called us a couple of days in advance and checked in to align on expectations, they were on time and really good with handling the baby. Looking forward to schedule more care through PNN in the future.

We had such a positive experience with PNN to hire our daughter's nanny. Their process offered us peace of mind and we were thrilled with how quickly we started to receive interested candidates. Our nanny is the most wonderful person we could have ever hoped would enter our lives and the care she provides our daughter is the best. While we do not want time to move faster, we cannot wait to see how our daughter grows and learns in her care as she has already done so much in these early months.

We had a very positive experience with Jazmine S. caring for our 1.5 year old son. Jazmine was professional, very punctual, and very responsive to all communications. She brought enthusiasm and understanding to interactions both with us (parents) and with our son. She even helped teach our dog not to steal crayons :). We would absolutely recommend working with Philadelphia nanny network and Jazmine S. again.

I've started working with PNN less than a year. PNN really does care very much about both the clients as well as their nannies. I'm working as a back up nanny. I love how I can easily pick up shifts and the different areas where I go to work in any time of the day.
