I called Petunia’s to make an appointment to bring in 3 gowns, which were beautiful, immaculate, only worn once and jewelry. I met with Dawn. In the course of a half hour, she went back & forth at least 5 times saying she will take all my items, then she said she would take one gown due to the season and to bring back the other 2 gowns at a later date. She continued to say how beautiful the gowns were. It was so clear that she had no idea what she was doing, I never had an experience as bad as this. It even went to the point where she had me sign a consignment contract. After I signed the contract, she then changed her mind AGAIN saying now she cannot take my items. She was extremely unprofessional and it was clear she had no knowledge. I asked for the owner Donna. She said she was not available. After going through total craziness with Dawn, I took my items and left. As soon as I got in car, Dawn called me and said she was trying to do me a favor, like really?! I hung up and told her I was done with the call and the consignment shop.

owners dog started to attack me when i opened the door. fence is blocking the entrance. after that she refused to let me in the store and questioned me like i was doing something wrong. absolutely horrible.

Over the weekend, my husband and I were wandering around Suburban Square and decided to pop into this shop on a whim. I had to write a review because it was truly a delightful experience. I have recently become disgruntled with shopping for clothes, finding that quality has become so poor . This boutique is an absolute gem--I walked out with a gorgeous Scottish cashmere sweater, Italian wool jacket and high end jeans, all an amazing fit and highest quality. A couple of the brands were unfamiliar to me, so I looked them up online and was even more impressed when I learned more about these companies. The owner of the shop has a real eye for quality. I honestly can't remember the last time I had this much fun shopping for clothes.

Stopped in for my wife to do some shopping the other day. The owner was very nice and helpful. I had two children to chase around while my wife tried on clothing, shoes, purses... The owner had no issues with my one son asking to see everything up to and including a storage closet! She was more than happy to allow my son to check things out. My son even locked the dressing room doors and crawled out underneath the door - as I found out later - the owner took it in stride and laughed about it. She has another store in Skippack PA that is closer to my house. The owner actually brought a few items from the Ardmore store, personally, to the Skippack store for my wife. All around I would highly recommend. I am not one to do clothes shopping but I am happy with the experience myself and my kids had and my wife just loves this place now.

Listen to Donna. She knows her stuff. I walked into Petunia's looking for jewelry to match a dress I bought online & was less-than-thrilled with. Donna took one look at my face and said, "I have the perfect dress for you." I'm between 12-14 and am working through some insecurities, so when she said that, I said "yeah, right." Donna told me I deserved to feel delicious in my dress, so I tried it on. My God. I looked and felt like a mermaid Goddess. The dress is a beautiful mermaid/trumpet style gown that hugged my curves in all the right places (I'll update with pictures soon!). It was affordable and very well-made. Normally, I would've walked right by it. Thank God I listened to Donna's advice. She is honest, smart, so so stylish, and she sees and celebrates the beauty of everyone who walks into her boutique. I felt like Cinderella and Donna was the fairy godmother (the Brandy/Whitney Houston version with the sassy and fabulous Godmother!). I could go on about our wonderful, h uplifting conversation, but I'll end my review with this: Stop in and say hi. See what's there. I guarantee you will leave feeling "delicious!"

Petunias is a very special boutique. It’s comfy, pleasant and owner, Donna is completely delightful. Her eye for quality merchandise is amazing and I never leave empty handed. My closet is full of Petunia!! Prices are very fair and it’s always a fun experience. Do yourself a favor …. Go there as soon as you can!

Amazing store!! Great, current designer and vintage finds at awesome prices. Store owner - Donna - is beyond sweet and knowledge about fashion. I always make sure to stop by when I'm in the area. She's constantly adding new items and I always find fabulous things. Absolutely 5 stars!!!!!!

Wonderful finds, Great value! The owner of this store, (I think her name is Donna) is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Her prices are fair and the inventory is very up-to-date. I found just what I needed here for a business meeting and a formal. Really fun place to shop!

My wife loves this store. She has a difficult size to fit. They are patient and friendly and helped her locate what she needed. Reasonable price too. A real gem on the Main Line.

Way overpriced! Second hand clothing should not compete with store prices. Although I am not an expert, I have consigned and shopped consignment for many years and can spot a good deal. You most likely will not find one here.

Not only did the fabulously stylish owner of this boutique put together an outfit I never would have chosen on my own, but she showed me a way I could dress to accentuate my body. So today I shopped my closet and put together an amazing outfit based on h advice. Can't wait to go back and bring my friends!
