A friend of mine recommended I get in contact with Pam and I am so glad that I did. I am a first time renter and I had so many questions and concerns about everything. Pam was kind, helpful, and encouraging. She was on top of everything!! The work she does is amazing. The amount of effort and care that she puts into her job is apparent. I feel very lucky to have worked with Pam when looking for an apartment to rent in Philadelphia. She is responsive, trustworthy, positive, and extremely hardworking. She took time away from her own vacation to help my roommates and I navigate the tedious process of finding a great home. As a first time renter, it was incredibly helpful to have Pam as a point of reference to explain the market, review leases, and negotiate terms to ensure we found what we were looking for. Pam always goes above and beyond for all her clients and she works really hard to make sure you find a place that you love! I highly recommend Pam Sutton. In this crazy market, Pam was a champ and did an outstanding job for us as our buying agent. She was professional and personable; always available for a showing or a call, text, or email. Pam worked tirelessly helping me to find my dream home. We must have gone on close to 50 tours, put in 8 offers, and went through updating my collection constantly. At no point in the process did she allow me to feel overwhelmed or confused; she always had an answer to my questions/concerns and was incredibly responsive. I cannot recommend her to everyone I know enough.
