This was the best smoked brisket I have made and among the best I've tasted.The cut came beautifully trimmed as well, so the weight you sent was the weight I put in the smoker.Cant wait to try the ribs!Thanks again. “My husband and I started going to Joe's about 15 years ago. It has recently been sold, and seems to be doing really well. There are a couple of nasty reviews here, but I think they are unfair and untrue. The shelves are fully stocked, the service is excellent and the meat as fresh and well priced as ever. Yes, it's a small place, it was always a small place. But they will do whatever is necessary to give you the cut of meat that you want as well as the weight that you want (so I don't have to buy 2 lbs when I only need 1 1/2 lbs) and at a better price than the supermarket. Go see for yourself; don't listen to the nasties.”
“Stopped by Termani's on the way home and happened to see that Lombardi's was still open. Picked up 3lbs of hot sausage and asked if they had a plate of Beef Ribs. They brought out an amazing rack of beef ribs that we smoked today. They were incredible. This is a must go to butcher shop5 Stars!”

“So the other day, I found myself in a totally innocuous conversation, with just some dude I run into every Sunday, and interact for approx 1.5 mins..conversation was about how difficult it is to find turkey legs and thigh bones this time of year (I know, kinda weird conversation to have, don't judge), other than what you get on a whole turkey, which tend to be on the smaller size, turns out to be the owner of Giunta Butcher shop in Reading Terminal Market, and he has these delivered to my house...just like Oprah kinda used to say " you get to have a turkey roulade, everybody gets to have turkey roulade this year"...these things are massive, and the price, what some people look for in reviews, insanely reasonable, couldn't be more happier!!”
“Came in after a bad experience at Espositio’s down the street and had the privilege of meeting the 3rd generation butcher. He listened to all my needs and gave me multiple meat options to choose from. In addition, I learned about their 103 year old history of the shop. I can officially say that Cappuccio’s will have my business moving forward.”

“Excellent selection of meats that I was not able to find anywhere else in the Philadelphia region. The store is clean bright. Everything is nicely labeled and organized. Staff was super pleasant. Efficient and quick prices are incredible. It's a shame I have not visited the store earlier. I always drove by instead of coming in until I came across the website and I was searching for a specific means that we are not available anywhere else, including Whole Foods. They have a whole rabbit they have piglets, they have duck smoked duck whole duck, wings. The prices are hard to believe 1/3 of what you would pay at Whole Foods or other supermarkets. Go visit buy online, pick it up or have it delivered to you. You won't regret it.”
